Blaze is the ruling monarch, so her husband would be given the title of "(imperial) prince consort"; her spouse would not rule. They are marrying into the royal family.

For a real life example, take the longest reigning monarch in world history, and one of the most famous people in the last century: Queen Elizabeth II. Why do you think her husband, Philip, was never "King Philip", instead only being "Prince Philip"? It's because Elizabeth was the reigning monarch, and he married into her royal family.

The same applies to whoever marries Blaze; they would never inherit the title of king. (Especially important for characters such as Sonic, who would certainly refuse such a title.)
