     The question was flippant, casual, despite the fact that Carnage was covered in the blood and viscera of all the hired goons that stood between him and what he thought  was the Hood’s main office. Except, when he entered he found a young man with way too much eyeliner, and no Hood.

     “He’s supposed to be here... You’re not him, right? You don’t have the hood, and y’know, pretty sure he’s not a scrawny emo kid.”

      After several false starts, Shade decided that a walk might be in order, and put away his things. Not content to tread the familiar streets of his beloved city, Shade also decided that a change in scenery might help as well. So, once his things were tidied, he stepped through a portal, and set off down the streets of Gotham.

      Not long into his jaunt, a young man, clearly homeless, caught his eye. In a city like Gotham, the homeless were far from a rarity, but there was something about the young man that piqued Shade’s curiosity. Without spending too much thought on it, the immortal approached.

     “My eyesight has got to be going, or maybe my memory, because I’m pretty sure you used to be a hero, but heroes don’t rob mom and pop shops,” Slapstick expressed, “Not saying I haven’t shoplifted once or twice, but yikes.”

she hadn’t expected someone to walk in on that humiliating defeat. she’d faced worse, she knew he knew that from unfortunate experience, but it was still embarrassing. one arm raised in protest as she supported herself on the other, spitting dead blood on the ground before trying to stand. 

      Going through the alley seemed like a good idea, right up until the point where he nearly tripped over what he first thought was a poorly placed trash bag. Except, trash bags didn’t usually groan when you tripped over them. Looking back, it was obvious that the obstacle was really a person, and further inspection revealed it was someone he knew.

1. What position does your character sleep in? ( i.e; stomach, side, back, etc. ) Describe why they do this – optional.

She’s on her side in the fetal position. It’s a habit she never grew out of. It’s also useful to help shield her from the cold.

3. Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?

Uhhhhh ssssooorta? She grew up travelling around the U.S., so her accent is definitely American but you might have a bit of a hard time identifying which part. Certain words will have pronunciations that come from one place, and others from another. She doesn’t think she has an accent. 

She does easily pick up accents though. Especially southern dialects, which come easily to her due to her mother’s origin. She will sometimes affect an accent, especially a southern drawl, for a word or a phrase or an entire conversation.
