Howdy! As the person who filmed this video, I don't mind sharing my "secret": I bought a ring light from Amazon (one that has a phone clip), clip my phone in, position the stand between my legs and knit away!
Unfortunately, the set up is kind of super awkward because I have to basically prop my nose into the ring to keep my eye on my phone screen and make sure I keep my knitting in frame, and it slows my knitting down a lot to record. But! Tiktok does allow me to increase the speed of my videos so it (kind of) visually looks like the speed I actually knit.
