Was rewatching the Bumblebee movie recently and accidentally ended up with a new AU heh
It's inspired by that movie and also set in the same universe! But I did change the design of Screamer's face a lot just for fun + so he's easier to draw :>
This is about Starscream becoming friends with a human, who is an OC I originally created for a different AU of mine (TRANSFORMERS: Starlight) and decided to reuse here as well!
Sorry for the long ass post. Incoherent ramblings under cut!
First of all, a little note about the design. We never see him speak in the movies, so I've decided to make his mouth move like Mirage's in "Rise of the Beasts" :3 I am satisfied with the choice, he looks like a kitty and a snake at once :D
The first comic is a bit inspired by the scene from HTTYD where Hiccup finds Toothless in the woods!
in the second one he's like one of those cats that first like being pet but then get mad for no reason at all lmao. though actually he just doesn't trust anyone (yet) and doesn't allow himself to be soft nor does he allow others to show him kindness. because he sees it as a way to trick him. yayyyyyyy. This was very much inspired by that one scene in Bumblebee 2018, where Charlie gives Bee a name. But with the twist of Starscream not trusting anyone ever!!!!! :D
Also the AU will only exist in sketch form, so that I don't go insane drawing the movie designs

Everyday I think about how canonically bayverse and Knighverse bee like having their faces touched. Bayverse had that one scene where Sam was comforting bee in the second movie, and in the bumblebee movie Charlie holding bee‘s face…. I think a lot of cybertronions would like having their tiny human touch their face, platonically or romantically. But it’s nice knowing my fav would canonically like me touching his face.
