Good morning! Just a quick update, Iβm still in pain but itβs at least tolerable since the steroid injections and brace. Sat on my butt with my knee elevated all yesterday and kept it iced down followed with heat. Confirmed that the knee does need replacedβ¦.
I cannot do this right now. Iβm still trying to get 45k that Iβm short to rebuild my house after the fire that the damn insurance company wonβt pay. (They undersold my homeowners policy) It just seems to go from bad to worse. I hate asking, I really do but Iβm left without many choices. If you all could find it in your hearts to post my Etsy store it would be sooooo appreciated. Iβm not looking for handouts but, if someone sees something that catches their eye and make a purchase then it helps me. Thank you π β€οΈ

This is what 7 months looks like. I wanted to post this as a follow up to the last picture as a reminder to not give up. Both to myself and to anyone out there thinking of giving up. At the start I couldn't move much so just walking on a treadmill alongside painful Physio as well as cutting to 1200 cals. Then slowly I added more movement and more food, weights and better cardio as well as resistance training. It's not overnight and it's not finished.
