Our shower chair makes it where I don't have the pain of going all the way down into the tub when I need to sit during a shower!
I have an AAC app on my tablet for when we struggle with communication! And I can easily use my phone's notes app too if I don't have our tablet. Whether because of being overwhelmed or having a moment of selective mutism!
We have multiple knee braces and general wrap bandages for different types / amounts of pain!
Just regular headphones help muffle everyday sounds when our sensitivity is acting up!
Fidgets help me focus on something else when I'm anxious!
Sensory / tactile stickers help us calm down when stressed or overwhelmed!
Discord statuses help easily tell our friends who's fronting and how we're feeling!
