I had fun doodling a scene from Its The Best I Can Do chapter 2 bc I’ve been enjoying getting back into making comics for my fics and just wholeheartedly having fun with the things I create.
Drawing the expressions was a blast and since this is such a comedic scene I’ll get to draw many more silly faces as I continue.

I finally finished @f-imaginings' 'Knowing Me, Knowing You' fic like two weeks ago and then proceeded to consume everything currently available of 'It's The Best I Can Do' in a feral state of intense hyperfocus, after which my brain immediately insisted I draw this goofy comic to sum up the sequel's ongoing Ford VS Bill dynamic so far, soooo here ya go 🤣

shoutout to f imaginings and their fic kmky for portraying bill as political as he’s written to be!! he’s an anarchist!! he hates cops!! he doesn’t kill mindlessly but does death really matter if in the end you’ll be able to undo anything you want?? his perspective feels complex and interesting, and is a refreshing change of pace from the surface level and hateful reads of his character that show him as completely incapable of remorse, love, and all else. he’s capable of doing good, and there are many times where he does!! but he still chooses to do bad anyway! he has strong beliefs and values, and he refuses to change that or tone himself down for anyone, even someone he loves. ill never stop talking about how accurate this fic portrays all the characters!
