A soft pressure that moved from inch to inch of your face became constant and quicker the more a reaction from you delayed. Eventually, you came to realized that this soft pressure was leaving small but moist spots on your skin. Scrunching up your face you forced yourself to open your sleep-filled eyes- only to be immediately met with your boyfriend’s dark chocolate orbs staring into yours expectantly as he continued pressing featherlight kisses all over your face although you were already awake.

“Jongin...What time is it even?” You wondered while rubbing your eyes, not sensing any sunlight from outside.

“...” Your question faded into thin air as the boy wouldn’t answer.

“It’s 2am,” He finally whispered back, a little guiltily.

“2am? Why’d you wake me up?” You exclaimed in something that was a mixture between a whine and a hiss. A pout formed on the male’s lips, his puppy-eyes asking you for mercy for he only had innocent motives. 

As if the most obvious thing in the world, he wrapped his legs around your waist, his arms circling your shoulders as he brought you to melt into his warmth while his face snuggled into the boundary between your nape and collarbone, his hair tickling gently your skin.

“I just wanted to say Happy Valentine’s day, baby.” He murmured incomprehensibly with his lips squished against your bone, and at that, you couldn’t help but soften- finding his actions very endearing and sweet.
