jadzias is obviously full to the brim, valentines spilling out everywhere, and she gives out a ton of cards too and they all come with gummy worms

jake decides to make nog a valentines card "as a joke" but sisko sees him working on it and tries to give him A TalkTM about how everyone has the right to love whoever they want and jake is like "dad, im not gay, and even if i was, i wouldnt date NOG" and sisko has to try not to seem too relieved (and then years later when nog is in starfleet, sisko realizes he would have made the perfect son in law, but alas, jake is too busy thirsting after bajoran milfs)

kira gets a really nice card from a "secret admirer" (she knows its odo bc its kind of sticky and his hands get all gooey and melty when hes nervous, but she still jokes about having him go through surveillance footage to find who it was, and he starts blustering about how he'd NEVER violate the civil liberties of the people of ds9 for something so frivolous. me when i lie)

odo hmphs constantly about this whole valentines ordeal but hes secretly really touched to get little cards from kira and jadzia, and he sets up a terrarium to keep the gummy worms in since he cant eat them

quark sells premade cards with his face on them and they come with "buy 800, get one 0.0156% off" drink coupons and a list of popular holosuite programs, and the one he thinks is the sexiest is marked with a little heart (the program is called "goo cop, bad cop")

worf loudly proclaims that klingons dont celebrate valentines day and he'll put a cardassian vole trap in his mailbox so anyone who tries to put anything inside will lose their hand. and then he doesnt get any valentines and is SO mad about it (he has rageful warrior sex with jadzia about it and she promises to make up for this dishonorable valentines day by slitting the throats of his enemies or something. everyones happy)

obrien gets a card that molly made all by herself and proudly shows it off to everyone and its the cutest thing

bashir gets crickets. not nothing, literal crickets. garak thought his dear doctor would appreciate a scrumptious treat
