Payu, 100%. There is an adorably hilarious scene in the LITA special novel where Payu gets drunk and Rain has to bring him home.

Payu is SO CLINGY, he's wrapped around Rain the entire way and just pinching Rain's cheeks and telling Rain how cute he is. He will NOT let Rain escape. Rain has to wait until he is unconscious and STILL fights his way out. At one point Rain is in a full body lock, arms and legs, just so Payu can use him as a body pillow.

Mahasamut will squish himself all up into Tongrak's personal space at any given opportunity.

After the skullfuck on the sofa (and absolutely everything that happened after it for pages and pages on end), Mahasamut bathes Tongrak and then changes the bedsheets (they moved to the bed for several rounds). When Mut gets out of the shower and Tongrak is all snuggled in, he's pouty because Tongrak pretends he won't let Mut cuddle him.

Mahasamut is just heart-shaped in general.

Beyond them...

King is HELLA CLINGY with Uea. Like, the reason Uea won't let King have sex with him isn't because he doesn't enjoy the sex- he enjoys it too much- it's because you gotta factor the snuggles into the timing too. And Uea even says once or twice that if it was just one round of sex, yes, he'd have sex with King in the mornings before work. But it's never just one round with King (and it's so good Uea doesn't want to stop him), and he wants to cuddle for a long time after.
