After deducing Light is Kira, L decides to take the To-Oh University entrance exam and go undercover as a college student to get closer to Light. He takes a gamble and reveals his identity, if not his true name, to Light at the start of school. And their game begins, but what L really wants from Light is friendship (and maybe a little bit more). Too bad their rivalry gets in the way of everything.
