Another civilian alien, this time a Kineceleran!
I mainly got the idea for this alien from watching a clip of XLR8 and seeing how cool the effect is when he runs super fast and dust kicks up behind him as the wind catches up to him cause he's so fast
It's really cool but it made me go "damn every set piece is always dusty as HELL" and it made me wonder in a place that's like clean how DO you communicate the after-effect of someone's speed? Well it's with flowey clothes I guess, like a cape maybe. Or with feathers!
I imagined that maybe on Kinet the people dress in feathers and fuzzy clothes and like to dress very flowy, so that when they're running around and stop in place they can flaunt their speed by having clothes that show off just how strong the wind they created was
It was also fun to do to reference how velociraptor-y their design is hehe. And put back feathers on the jacket to reference reboot xlr8
