I'm honestly not sure what to call this, but a sort of tropical-hippie-ish vibe with lots of loose fabrics.

Scarves, ties, and other things hanging from your waist to imitate tentacles. You can hang six, and your legs will be the seventh and eighth.

You can also mimic suction cups with a white belt.

Or pearl necklaces!

You can also accessorize with seashells

And of course, coconuts! Lots of jewelry is made out of their shells.

The first thing that comes to mind is whimisgoth! Really anything with a celestial, sort of whitchcore vibe would work.

I think velvety textures would also lend well to this.
