Forgot to post update yesterday.
Okay.. So, yesterday was a really flat day for me.. I didn't eat as well as I could've and I didn't do any exercise. I just felt bleh.. I weighed 55.3kg which isn't too bad but it's a gain from last week.. I am thinking maybe because I discovered Ben and Jerry's over the weekend. I am trying really hard to stay positive and on track. There's only 2 months until summer begins and I want to reach my long term goal (45kg) by February. 5.3kg until I reach my short term goal! PLEASE EMILY! STAY MOTIVATED!!!!
