Kicking off today’s Goodtype Tuesday is @wiselettering. ・・・ GoodType Tuesday is back! And what a challenge to come back for: to letter the name of a Pandemic hero. Beyond the obvious front line and essential workers, I agree that kids really are little heroes in this situation. Kids have been pulled away from school, friends, extra curricular activities, parks, graduations, parties, family and general human contact outside of their homes. I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old, and I’m constantly blown away by their comprehension of what our world is going through. Just with them, they are missing Kindergarten and Preschool graduations, a first gymnastics competiton and we had to cancel all 6th birthday party celebrations. It’s heartbreaking telling them “no” so often, and having them ask if it’s because of “the virus”.
