Alright Sailors, we know nothing about him, let's be honest. He's there and like a Ghost, he's gone. He's got that absent father presence in the game, but if there's anything that studying in uni taught me; it's that there's no something like not enough to interpret from! Let's look at this bastard approximately 1.30 mins of his dialogue. Took some examples from sehens on youtube.
Also another problem is we mostly see him at work. He might be different outside of it, but I'll try.

• Hey Handsome, where you from? Mind you, English is not my native language. I'm far, far, far away from the States (thank fuck). There's just something about the way he talks that interests me. Also, because I was studying accents in uni, but, again, very superficially. Wouldn't exactly go with specific accent, because he doesn't meet every single criteria for each. Maybe he's just standardized, but maybe there are some traces of Western, like Californian.
For instance, might be just the nature of commands, but his intonation raises at the end of most of his sentences, even regular ones. His voice has this throaty quality; maybe not exactly vocal fry, unless you feel like pushing it. Certain vowels sound specific to me.
Again, just my own observations, I might be HORRIBLY wrong LMFAO
• Secretary AU when? Not you. He's the secretary. He sort of does things on the side, yet he's the one making it work. He coordinates the missions; sort of like someone to whom a higher-up refers to for additional information. Merrick leads, but Kick makes sure things go smooth, and finds solutions when needed. He's the one getting the extraction for the buoys. If shit gets rough, he's quick to search for the alternative. Source? Kick.
• His name packs a punch. He pack a punch. Or Kick. We won't get into what results we get when we look up the name. It's a nickname more likely for a side/background character, and the devs probably wanted to give him a cool sounding name. To me, it has the energy of someone spontaneous, energetic, and able to accomodate right away. Not exactly impulsive, just someone, who doesn't have to think too long to make a decision.
Oh, he's the right man if you need someone to pick option A or B. Hangout spots? Your indecisive ass won't have to think twice, but seriously don't make him do all the heavy lifting, be for real, Sweetheart. Just don't ask for love advice. It'll probably be BREAK UP WITH DEM.
• The type of person with craziest reasons that might sound like excuses. No, honestly, bad way or good? I don't know. I wouldn't think he'd be capable of lying. A dog very likely ate his homework. But imagine him being late to some event. I just know he had GTA San Andreas or GTA V type of situation happen to him as to why he was late. Maybe he's just the type of person who only has the crazy situations happen to him.
You know why the tea is interesting to him? Because he tells the story, but what he thinks is a regular story leaves you with cartoonishly low jaw drop. He might be the type of person, whom interesting people approach late at bus station. Wait, buses in USA?
• You know what, I'm gonna go far with California. Think of LA. Beautiful, diverse Los Angeles. Have you seen those freeways?
Christ almighty, I have a headache looking at this. If we go with Californian as a state, and if we go with the fact that he's your local driver and exfil guy, he just is a good driver. Maybe it's a stereotypical approach, but I imagine existing in LA without a car might be a death sentence.
Also learning patience, because driving in big cities from my experience? I felt more rage than anything.
Anyway, this is to connect to my point about him always finding the way and the alternative at any moment. If he drove in LA; there's order in this seemingly chaotic space, and it is his safe space.

• He's doing well with Chaos. He controls it. SO DEEP! No, I do not mean he's chaotic. I think he's actually very well put together. But throw him into chaos, he will always find his way out. He keeps his head where it belongs. Lad, don't even try him. He just gotta keep on going. He'd do well in Silent Hill saga very likely.
And Sweetheart? You're never bored with him.
• The realest motherfucker on Earth. Anything he says warrants a 'real', 'so true', 'deadass', because he's chill like that. When he said, "I don't know about you guys. I'm ready to go home", I felt that. You cannot make him up. He's the most authentic guy to be around, most down to Earth, and whatever he says out loud could definitely be just what you thought, but were too afraid to say. He's the voice of the people.
The downside to this would be that you cannot quite ask him for an advice, otherwise you're getting your ass comboed. Like I said; romantic advice? Break up. Sure, explain the situation as much as you want. The solution is simple. The worst thing? He's probably right.
• He wears heart shaped boxers. Don't ask me why. I won't elaborate. I'm dead serious though.
• Remember what I said about crazy excuses? He may be late sometimes. Dates? Maybe late sometimes, but girl, person, boy. Don't even think about packing, sit the fuck down. He will be the early person's horror story. Wipe those tears, he didn't stand you up. Stop being dramatic. He just had a minor interference with his schedule, because his UBER got snatched by aliens. Or a long line of cows prevented him from moving any further. Would you believe, that when he was paying for flowers he intended to gift to you, somebody snatched his wallet? It was an art student, who couldn't afford an energy drink.
But anyway, this motherfucker spawns out of nowhere or comes in like a hurricane. Both? Both.
