“Most people like to use the coliseum for technique training, but I heard some of the locals speak of a tournament! Imagine that! A tournament against other warriors to see who the best is, it would be as fun to watch as it would be to participate!” 

“You claim you don’t care about strength yet you continuously seek to test yours,” The taller man rumbled, effortlessly carrying his keyblade over his shoulder.

Marcie laughed, flexing her arm in his direction, “I don’t want to focus my life on it, but I guess that just makes me naturally strong!” 

Her companion huffed, shooting a smirk her way, “Is that a challenge?”

“If I win, then you have to join me at the coliseum! We can eat food and watch different types of fighters battle one another!”

“Hmph. You’ll exhaust yourself trying to keep up with me.”

“It’s official, this is a plan now!” 

Marcie enjoyed her time with Aced, where she could feel herself getting to know the man behind the role of Master a little bit more each time. Before tensions rose and Aced donned the mask between them once more. Since the War… she can’t help but wonder what kind of expression he must’ve made when they last fought on that battlefield. Was he concerned when he ordered her to leave? Angry that she was there, angry that they had to fight? Remorseful of what the Unions had become? She wondered often and she doubts she will get answers. 

I got this months ago but I was waiting for a good time to post it ! :)

This is my kh OC Marique! He’s probably from the Twitches world, or the Haunted Mansion world, I never decided. He’s an orphan who was found and taken care of by Aqua for a short while before he was transported back to his home world when things were set back to normal. Years later, at eighteen, he meets Riku and they play video games together and go into them like in Spy Kids 3D, yada yada FTL

Me back at it again with almost forgetting about KHOC Week, But thankfully I decided to do my heartsmiths this year so I already had some refs laying around that I just needed to finish coloring! Sorry for the repeat art, but it’s been awhile since I’ve posted these too so I thought I’d brush the dust off and repost them!

My main man Atlas, he’s gone through some changes recently! Mostly with his hair, but his entire Knave of Hearts design got a makeover that you can see in THIS COMIC I made awhile back.

Kei!!! The main and best girl. Her design hasn’t changed much from the beginning, mostly I just changed my style of drawing her, and figured out how I wanted her hair loopys to work. Along with her body ref we have her keyblade ref! I absolutely love drawing her keyblade tbh it might be my favorite one to draw out of all my personally made ones. It fits her personality so well and shows how strong of a member of Ursus she is.

Quest’s design is probably one of my favorites out of the group. I don’t know where in the hell I came up with this, but I did and it’s just always worked out for him. I can’t picture this outfit on anyone else, it’s just so very Quest. He’s my ‘protagonist’ as it were, my original plan was for him to be the KHUX protag but things ended up changing as I developed him. But he’s still a strong wielder and party leader for Leopardos.

Wynter is so neglected so I decided to include him in with the kids. He’s the OG heartsmith and known as Father Time, the creator of Time Magic and best friend(?) To the Master of Masters.  I do think his design is the weakest out of the four, but I also haven’t been able to design an outfit in a way i’m 100% content with so the battle continues.

His keyblade is special because he can freeze hearts in time, which he ends up using on Atlas before the keyblade war. He has a bittersweet ending as he ends up reincarnated in the main KH storyline after dying in the age of fariytales.

For those who don’t know what my concept of a heartsmith is, please read the below! It’s the abridged version so if you have any questions feel free to ask them!

I’m a bit late on this prompt for @khoc-week​ but that’s alright! There are many ways that Hinata is dedicated in her life. She’s loyal to her friends, her mission, her goals, but the one that stuck out to me was her dedication towards Riku. (and I also wanted an excuse to gush about them soooo)

Hinata and Riku have a bond that only strengthens throughout Hinata’s series. There are countless moments I could focus on where Hinata proves her loyalty, but one area in particular is when Riku releases his darkness and transforms into Ansem Seeker of Darkness. 

He’s ashamed of his appearance and for a while, he hides away from Hinata. But Hinata doesn’t want to be kept away. She reassures him at every chance that under it all, he’s still Riku. No one else. The way he looks doesn’t change that. Despite it all, she waits until he’s ready and just remains patient and encouraging. 

Once his wall starts to come down, Hinata pushes him to do his hair differently and wear comfortable clothes. Find a way to make this new form his own, that way he isn’t reminded of Ansem every time he looks in the mirror. She’ll often braid his hair or help him do different styles so he can feel more like himself.

Physical Appearance

Kuragari is a tall lean and muscular young man with dark brown skin, dark purple eyes and silver hair. Kuragari can summon the pumpkinHead Keyblade as his weapon at will which chose him to become its wielder. Kuragari takes on a much darker look while residing in Halloween town wearing a long, open sleeveless leather trench coat with a sharp collar. He also wears Black long pants with two Black belt Buckles on both legs. Kuragari also sports accessories like his Leather Neck/Chest Harness as well as his black arm sleeves with black belt buckles. He wears tall Black Metallic Reactor Boots which are platform height making him seem taller than normal. The Pumpkinhead Keyblade that Kuragari uses is almost entirely black in color. It has a simple handle, a facsimile of Jack Skellington's head adorning the hilt, and a jagged guard with thin, white veins that is modeled after Jack's bowtie. The shaft of the blade is thin and long, and the teeth resemble a stylized bat hanging from the blade. The Keychain token is a jack o' lantern.The name "Pumpkinhead" references Jack's position in Halloween Town, the "Pumpkin King". Both Jack's head and a jack o' lantern are part of the Keyblade's design.

Personal Inventory

Kuragari enjoys collecting Erie spell-books that he finds throughout his adventures while traveling to different worlds outside of his own (his most beloved spell book is made out of stitched flesh,teeth and a moving eyeball ). In Kuragari’s spare time he likes to read his spell books in peace, practicing different types of black magic further increasing his knowledge and skills.

Day 1~ Appearance

And so begins another @khoc-week​!! I’m really excited to be back and to see everyone's contributions this year. Starting off on day one we have Appearance.

This year the focus is on my Oc Yuki, who hasn’t been featured since the first khocweek I ever participated in. Yuki takes the honor of one of my oldest oc’s ever, if she’s not the oldest herself. Over the years she’s had many designs and I decided to show case that with just a few of the designs, her outfit for Days, II, and III as well as the character she appears as in BBS.
