KHOC Week 2026 Day 1 - Daybreak Town

So this one was a bit of a tough one to figure out as my characters are not part of the Daybreak time. But there is someone on the team who is, and that's @amyhayanora 's character Lupe. He has been trapped in the data realm until discovered by DiZ during the time of Kingdom Hearts 2. After that, his code was reformed in the synthetic Twilight Town, where he joined Hinata's crew as their "guy at the computer".

Lupe has his own apartment in the synthetic Twilight Town, where the crew often spends their evenings with him watching bad movies or staying up all night talking. Lupe loves being part of the team and they love him just as much. He doesn't have many memories of his life back in Daybreak Town. They are faded at best.

Hinata wants to help him remember, as she dealt with memory loss in her past as well. The process is hit and miss, but they have a lot of heartfelt conversations through it and end up closer in the end.

Hello! A few days ago, I requested a commission from someone on Instagram called d.rawrik, and this was the result. I'm very happy to have my first KH-style drawing. ❤️

The inspirations were: the dresses worn by magical girls in anime, Minnie Mouse, and the color pink, which is my favorite.

My OC, Xana, is so important to me. Not just because she's a cutie that I like to ship with my favorite Kingdom Hearts character, but she's also the reason I feel motivated to do art and try new things. She's the embodiment of my creativity. Because of my love for my OC and ship, I got back into art after years of not touching it, I learned how to compose songs, I'm trying to make animations in MMD, renewed my love for cosplay, and I'm even writing my own fanfics again.

She's more than just an OC to me. She's my muse and I'm so happy she helped me rediscover myself~! ✨

Ive always been a fan of the worlds forms reflecting the heart of the person interpreted by that world.

For Halloween Town, I wanted my OCs designs to be based on their truth and their fear.

Marcie is a Keyblade Warrior out of time- someone who shouldn’t be alive but is, because of a fated reason, pure chance, or accident is anyone’s guess. So she’s in her current Keyblade armor— only it’s rusted and broken with the elements starting to grow onto it. The armor itself reflects the original killing blow to the chest, so why is she standing here?

Justin (on the left) is a Draca, a humanoid race that exhibits many dragon qualities. Justin used to have a large powerful set of wings himself before he lost them. So in Halloween Town, he now resembles more a werewolf than a dragon. Only with his back scars on full display.

The cuffs around his wrists are to symbolize his chained mentality about his identity. If he looks more human than anything, can he really call himself a Draca? If he wasn’t raised with his culture, can he claim to be one of them?

Skye (on the right) is a merman from Atlantica! In Halloween Town he looks like a deep sea, humanoid fish man. Only with this dripping sticky oil on him that he can’t wash off and sticks to things he touches if he isn’t careful. It’s really similar to how he is himself since he’s dabbled in Darkness with the Heartless and Ursula before leaving Atlantica.

Another year, another time participating! This year we're spreading all the looove~ I'm focusing on my OC x canon ships this year! The prompt today is Daybreak Town... so I have the perfect OC to introduce!

This girl is Lori! Lori is a fallen constellation who came to the plane of mortality, sent from above to thwart "incoming disaster." One day, she woke up in a strange place, and she knew right then and there in her heart that this was the time to fulfill her descent's purpose. However...she wasn't expecting to fall in love WHILE everything unfolded behind the scenes! A well-mannered boy introduced by his younger sister- it was almost instantaneous! Together, they would brave the looming secrets that will be revealed and the long suffering and grief to come. Everything is not as it seems for them...

Anyways; That ask about KH OCs got me wanting to revive my Missing Link character, Zephyr. I still want them to live somewhat in that society, or at least feel like they were present during that time, but I wanted to give them their own clothes.

I kept the pallet for the Missing Link default clothing, because I really liked it, and it works well with Zephyr.
