We don't talk about Henry stalking KFAM enough. As much as I love bro, he was a little freak throughout the game.
Off the top of my head moments are:

- After Peggy leaves he's just. There.
My headcanon is that he was the one who called Peggy. Because even if it had been years, even if Peggy was a child; a woman's voice telling her she could see her sister again? Peggy's surprise when she realizes Marie is the killer? It's unlikely that she wouldn't assume it was Marie from the start.
I don't think it would be as believable if she did. Peggy never forgot about her sister.
If it was some random stranger, some random kid, that would scare her enough into believing it. Especially on a night like this.
