Do you mean Konan with Nagato, or Konan with Pein the avatar? Whichever you mean, I sense tension and even some disturbance in this ship. Canonically, Konan is in love with Yahiko, who Pein is modeled after. One must wonder what she thought of it when Nagato first came up with the idea to turn Yahiko into his puppet and mouthpiece after his death. In a twisted way, it does make sense. Yahiko was the leader with the charisma, drive, and big ideas. He was a better face for Akatsuki than Nagato could ever hope to be, especially in his deteriorating condition.
Given how much she loved Yahiko, though, I imagine Konan may have resented Nagato for doing it, at least for a good long time. A part of her probably blamed him for Yahiko’s death, no matter how irrational her feelings might be when you remember the whole story of how it happened. The rest of her, of course, blamed herself for putting them in that position in the first place.
Still, she stayed with him and carried out his bidding as God’s Angel without hesitation. She couldn’t simply turn her back on him, on Yahiko’s dream, after everything they had been through and how far they’d come. What else did she have, at that point?
Now she has to spend nearly every day of her life next to this thing who looks like Yahiko and sounds like him, yet isn’t. If you want to explore all the possible twists in this relationship, consider whether her attraction to Yahiko never quite went away. That’s all I’m going to say about that.

I actually have this ship going on with two other partners! It’s become a complete triad. And I’ve written some commentary and some headcanons for it, too, if you want to see them.
JiraTsu by itself is a hot mess; I talk about it more in depth on my imagines blog if you’d like to read all my thoughts about it. I also mention it in this list I did of my favorite Naruto ships. To keep this short, it’s an unhealthy relationship whether you look at it from a platonic or relationship level. Unhealthy but interesting! They communicate in the same vitriolic way they have since they were genin and are super-comfortable with each other…which is a double-edged sword. The care is obviously there and they may accept each other as they are, warts and all, but they don’t exactly encourage each other to be better. They can be quite mean to each other, too.
Yet I don’t want to say Aina could fix them. It wouldn’t be fair to expect that of her, and she’s got her share of flaws and problems. Her presence doesn’t exempt Jira and Tsuna from the responsibility of getting it together. But she does offer a more stable and calming presence they could really use, and also a more hopeful one. Her sensitivity could either cause a great deal of problems–after all, she is undoubtedly the most sensitive of the three–or it could encourage the other two to be more mindful of their words and actions, while also compelling Aina to be more open and honest about her feelings. Even the negative ones.

You know, I’ve never considered Hidan in a ship. He seems too obsessed with killing and worshiping Jashin to really entertain a relationship with another person. The closest he has to a meaningful outside relationship is his partner, Kakuzu, and they can barely tolerate each other, if they don’t full-on dislike each other. Then again, if you’re into that kind of dynamic, right on!
I imagine a ship involving Hidan and Minami would play out a similar way. I’m actually afraid to imagine it at all, considering each’s frightening personality. They’re so similar in so many ways–mostly the bad ones! How quickly do you think they’d snap at each other? How bloody would it get when they do? What business would they even have with each other besides working for the same organization? How high up in the stratosphere do you think their cloud of curses would rise? How far would it stretch over the land?
Ultimately, since you know Minami better than I do, it’s up to you if you want to pursue this ship. Even if no good can come from it, at least we can’t call it dull!
