Being a bartender was hard work. Much harder than Kenny initially thought, at least. There were too many drink recipes to remember, the hours were awful, and his back was aching after being on his feet the entire night. But he had little choice in the matter. Since he was dating someone so high profile, he needed a legitimate source of income before the press looked at that funny— or, funnier than they already were. He had a particularly grueling night before, but thankfully had the next few days off. And with some of that free time, he made sure to pay Orrin a visit. They were currently sat at the chair in front of the older’s desk, sharing the seat as they held onto each other. Kenny was still a bit drowsy from the night before, so he had no problem with the relaxed pace things had been moving at that day. “I’ll take it work’s being just as unforgiving to you too?” He asked in a low voice, teasing just a bit as he noticed how tired Orrin also seemed to be.
