had a wonderful wep ronpet today. i rose before the sunrise and watched it with friends before getting home, taking a nap, and doing my ritual, offering incense, libations of water and wine, and bread and cake. i also did an excretion ritual soon after. it felt freeing, and in a way i feel lighter. dua ra, dua sekhmet!

This is my first time celebrating the epagomenal days and Wep Ronpet. Today was wonderful. I spent most of it with the people dearest to me, baking and enjoying each others company. At first I was nervous, since I was too busy to honor him at the altar until later, but I think it was the perfect way to celebrate. Dua Wesir!
