Yaya sulked, grumbling as she hung from the monkey bars from the children's playground. It was the only one she had managed to find, sitting not too far from the hotel plaza. She really thought this place would be more child friendly, despite the fact that in regular standards she was much too old to play on the playground. Not for her, though, oh no. She really was a child at heart, and the way she carried herself showed that off.
Ignoring the blood rushing to her head, she stared at the passersby, finding them a lot more interesting in her upside down state, but as intriguing as they were, she was still incredibly bored. Pepe had flown off somewhere, probably going to nap somewhere in the hotel, and she was now left alone to entertain herself. Never a situation she liked to be in.
"There's got to be something to dooooo," she whined, though there was no one within earshot to hear her. Then like a light bulb flashing above her head, she got an idea. She took a straw from an earlier drink she'd had and a torn up piece of notepaper before getting to work, making little round projectiles. "This should do it."
And so she began firing them upwards, attempting to catch them in her straw. She was failing miserably, but that was to be expected. Aiming was not her best talent, and at one point she accidentally faced the wrong way, blowing into the straw and watching as the spit ball flew at someone else. She watched in horror as it landed on some poor soul, flying in slow motion as it made its way there. Giving a cry of warning, she wiggled off the monkey bars only to fall face first on the ground.
"Sorry!" she called, dusting herself off and running to the person. "I didn't mean to hit you with the thing, you know, that thing that hit you, and I'm really sorry!" Cue her puppy eyes.
