i only have two bones, a deer skull (sadly damaged and incomplete) and a dog tooth! i bought the skull a while back, and the dog tooth i found on my own :) they're probably super small to you but they're awesome to me :D

I taxidermyed the humans when you were insignificant animals to me. I know better now, but I'm proud of my project and I don't want to get rid of it. It was my first one and it turned out really well!

Your collection sounds good.

Megatron always tells me to be careful about germs and stuff if I collect dead things (he's such a germphobe, since he started studying to be a medic!), so I'll do what he'd want and remind you to be careful. Maybe stick to collecting bones if you're not sure if there's stuff like aviator flu in your area, because you can clean those easier.

Be careful with bird carcases and feathers especially, but aviator flu is transmissible from birds to land creatures now, so be careful about that.

(third time’s lucky with this post? tumblr borked, computer borked) anyway i discovered through the incredible 8-bit drummer that Subnautica has this epic song called Abandon Ship

and someone in his chat mentioned it was a weirdly epic song for something as atmospheric as Subnautica.  Chris then told me that it apparently even though it’s a 3ish minute song you will likely only ever hear a few seconds of it in game. Because it plays when your Cyclops is in critical damage and is literally seconds away from blowing up and taking you with it. Apparently he made a cyclops and ran it into walls to see if he could get it to play but only managed to get the song previous to it (apparently the songs will change depending on the level of damage your cyclops has taken) but he was unsuccessful.

It was the masks, always the masks, when would she learn to let people, at least a few people, see beneath them?

Spending the day after the masquerade relaxing with Pathyn in his home in Aszuna was such an easy time. He was one of the people she trusted most, but there were still pieces of her hidden away. He was grilling them dinner when he looked at her, “You haven’t said much about your fancy party last night. Was there any Prince you had your eye on that was smart enough to spend the night dnacing with the beauty in the glass slippers?”

Her smile never faltered, but her mind did, stumbling through her disappointment of an opportunity likely lost due to the fear of being rejected, of being vulnerable. It was not the night she would have preferred.

That's a little worrying. How many birds are we talking about? I don't usually find many that are intact. I usually find the wings and tail, where a fox or cat (or rat, maybe?) has removed the parts that are mostly feathers.

If you want to keep a carcass right now, I'd recommend looking into reports of aviator flu in your area-

My point exactly. Butt out. Anyway, maybe you should check to see if there are any reports of it in your area and maybe see if you can/should get one of the carcasses tested. There might be advice or resources about keeping your pets safe.

Megatron's been worrying about Ravage, because she likes to stalk and catch things for fun. We don't even know if it's transmissible to Cybertronians and he's worrying about it.
