The fight was not a hard one, but Wanda found that that was not rare. Ever since she got her powers, outside forces rarely terrified her. It was inside forces that made her shake in her boots, her own lack of control that scared her. Few foes were formidable against the Scarlet Witch --- Wanda’s worst enemy had always been herself.
Of course, today, her fight hadn’t been alone. She didn’t recognize the blonde hero who flew in to help her, but it was clear that, like Wanda, the woman had no shortage of power. Between the two of them, the battle was a short one. In minutes, the enemy was defeated and ready for the authorities to take over, and Wanda turned towards the blonde with a smile. “You’re good,” she observed. “Do you --- Would you like to get some ice cream?”
