The former human, no vampire male quietly walked out from where he had stood just moments earlier, his eyes looking off into the distance as his mark again disappeared. Stardock. He would one day destroy that guy, if it was the last thing he was ever going to do. Slowly however his gaze moved to meet with the huddled form on the ground. Kayze approached it, staring the injured man over.

Kneeling down beside the other, he would have to let his mission go for the time being, to help this man. Reaching over to Q, a stoic look came over his face, his eyes serious as they look the other over, his hand moving to hold the other down by their arm "It doesn't matter." Kayze replied when the other tried to ask who he was "You're severely hurt, you can't stay here like this or you will die."

Kayze pulled his free hand up, resting it on his knee, blood trickling from off the tips of his fingers. This had to have been Stardock's doing, he was sure "Try not to move too much…" Standing then, he scanned the area, if he could find the right plants, he could probably make a potion for this man "Try not to die, I will be back in a moment." Kayze commanded before starting to head away, smelling the air for what he would need.

At the others huffing, Kayze looked on unaffected by it. Then, turning his head away after a moment he sighed "Besides, going out at dark is ignorant behavior anyway." There was nothing but trouble after dark. Not that he, a literal vampire, didn't do the very same, anyway. But he wasn't human.

As Q is trying to find any excuse for what he had said earlier to be legitimate, Kayze looked over again " Sure. But, all, human." Well, not exactly. If vampires and the like truly did exist, which had he revealed himself to be one by now, would certain prove Q was right, and that something indeed had started the mythology somewhere along the way.

However, Kayze knew that this world was intentionally kept secret from at least the majority of the humans, for good reason. After all, with all these super abilities in comparison, why give the entirety of the planet over to the weaker species? There was a reason. Kayze stares at Q, looking all together a little un-amused "Isn't that what writers do? Make things up? Artists have been known to do that…from the very start." Kayze is offering "We humans have very great imaginations, don't we?"
