Kat Slater and Stacey Slater
"She Don't Scare Me No More!"
Monday 17th May 2021
Hello everyone! I realise this post is quite late, I've been working so many hours under the sun recently, I'm finding very little time to sit and make a post. So for the meantime, I'll probably be doing catch up posts, I'll still notify you on any EastEnders news making headlines etc! But before we jump into this week, we need to recap on the happenings of last week's epic episodes following Ben & Callum's wedding. It was eventually revealed that it was actually Kat who Whitney ran Gray's car into. But the main thing that been playing on my mind, and possibly you guys also - that car has now become interest in the hit and run, the police know that the car belongs to Gray, do you think if they do tests on it they'll find some form of DNA from Tina Carter??? Could this be the beginning of Gray's demise?! Of course I'm just speculating, but I'm sure you'll all agree that it's about time that Gray got captured!
Other than this unexpected hit and run, Ben and Callum's wedding went off without a hitch, other than Phil learning about Callum betraying the Mitchell family, but after what's happened to Kat, is Phil going to let this one with Callum slide? Or is he going to make Callum know that he hasn't been forgiven? Oh and speaking of Phil and Kat, it looks as if their relationship is hot gossip, as now Kathy, Linda and Sharon are all aware about their fling. When Phil steps into the ambulance with Kat, he looked genuinely concerned for her - do you think it's possible that he's fallen deeply for Kat?!
Also which has also grabbed my attention is the new, I guess you could call it a promo picture, of Janine's return to Albert Square! It makes it feel much more real now, knowing that she's returning to the Square, as far as I'm aware there has been a lot of gossip with people assuming that Janine could be the one to bring down Gray!! What do you guys think of the new picture?! Are you excited for Janine's return as much as I am? I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this particular subject!
Lastly, before we focus on Monday's episode, another spoiler I have heard is regarding Bernie. We know that Bernadette has offered to be Stuart and Rainie's surrogate as she knows her family are in desperate need for the money on offer. But during a recent episode, a doctor/nurse informed Bernie that for her to have a successful pregnancy, she needs to lose weight. Rainie wasn't best pleased when she learned that Bernie had suffered miscarriage a while back, could it have been due to her weight? However, as much as Bernie is eager to please Stuart and Rainie and help both them out as well as her family, it seems that Bernadette is going to suffer from some kind of eating disorder - could it be bulimia? I happened to notice that she recently went to throw away a piece of toast but Mitch and Karen stopped her before she could. Could this be the beginning of Bernadette's eating disorder storyline?!
Now focusing on Monday's episode, quite a lot of different things happened, but first I'm going to start off with the happy news that Bailey was finally found safe and well. The Taylor have been completely distraught by her disappearance and being going out of their minds with worry. However, during the last couple of days, unbeknown to them, Amy has been hiding Bailey at the allotments. The one thing that I never really understood is that Amy knew her family we worried sick, so why would she lie to Bailey informing her that her Dad was angry at her for running away, suggesting that she stays away a bit longer.
But Denise happened to notice Amy's behaviour and become increasingly suspicious of her. Amy has been nicking food from all sorts of different stalls for Bailey, so when Denise catches her out in the street and asking why she's not in school, Amy lies informing her that she's taking part in a chess club during break time. But Denise seems to know her soon-to-be step-daughter all too well, and ends up following Amy and finding both her and Bailey sat in a shed at the allotment.
I have to be honest, it was a beautiful scene when everyone on the Square began to applaud Bailey's return to the Square, and the way both Bailey and Mitch's faces lit up as they saw one another and she ran into her Dad's arms, it really moved me. It kind of puts it into perspective, sadly some children who disappear or run away from home, some sadly never get found or return home. It's clear to see that everyone is relieved to have Bailey home safe and sound.
--
Sticking with the Taylor's, we need to discuss Bernie. She still hasn't told her family that she has offered to be Rainie and Stuart's surrogate, being seeing them struggle for money is making her more determined than ever to make sure she can lose the weight to be able to carry a baby safely. It seems though that her family isn't the only person she hasn't told - her new girlfriend Molly happens to think that Bernie has a "Friend" who is doing the surrogacy.
But when Molly happens to mention the future plans she wants to have with Bernie, going on holiday etc etc, Bernie happens to inform her that she couldn't, using the excuse that her family are skint and she can't afford to go anywhere right now. But Bernadette soon comes to realise that she can no longer hide the secret from her new girlfriend and comes clean that it's actually her who's agreed to be a surrogate. Needless to say that Molly is not best pleased with Bernie's decision, claiming that giving away a baby isn't normal.
But Bernie I think knows more than anyone what it must be like to fall pregnant and then to devastatingly lose it. We know that Bernie's first major storyline on EastEnders was her miscarriage. As the episode progresses, Molly tries to convince Bernadette that being a surrogate is not a good idea, but once Bailey returns home and Bernie overhears her Mum informing the family that even though they may not be rich, it makes them the most strongest and powerful family ever! Feeling her Mum's positive energy and realising her Mum is right, Bernie informs her girlfriend that Bailey ran away because she felt guilty of her family not being able to afford looking after her, but with the money she'll receive from the surrogacy, she'll be able to provide for her family - and in her world, her family comes first, always have and always will! Which kind of means that maybe sadly Bernadette and Molly's brief relationship has come to an end. But as time goes on, will Molly be able to see Bernie's point of view? Will she be able to come round and support her girlfriend's decision?
However, later when Bernie finds Rainie and informs her about the good news about Bailey returning home safe and well, she informs Rainie that she's going to start herself on the strict diet the following day to make sure she can lose the weight. But devastatingly Rainie reveals the devastating blow that she and Stuart are going to look for another surrogate, as the risk of losing the baby is too high if they were to continue with Bernadette as the surrogate. Leaving Bernie completely and utterly devastated, almost pleading Rainie for her to give her a chance to prove herself. But I feel I can kind of understand Rainie's concern, as she said herself she's not getting any younger, so in her mind, her chance to become a Mum is slowly drifting away from her and with Bernadette having to lose weight, it could take quite a long time, time that Rainie simply doesn't have. I did feel for Bernie, will she able to persuade Rainie to change her mind?

Elsewhere on the Square, Sharon is having to put up with her brother and the flashy women he keeps bringing back to her apartment. I have to say I thought it was brilliant at the beginning of the episode when Sharon completely embarrassed Zack in front of his lady friend, who happened to stay the night before. She quickly informs Zack that he needs to find a job if he's thinking about sticking around in Walford and suggests that he approaches Ruby at her club. But, as Sharon heads out, it seems that her brother has had more than one lady friend that he's been bringing round to the flat. Sharon is horrified when she notices another lady on the Square wearing her blazer and scarf and demands it back!
Eventually she bumps into Martin as he returns from home from Kush's funeral. I just have to say that I loved the look of confusion on Martin's face when he's asked about the crash that happened and Sharon informs him that it was Kat - but the fact that Phil has been sat by her bedside every night. It looks as if the news about Kat and Phil's fling/romance is slowly spreading around the Square. But then Sharon also informs him that her brother has arrived on the Square and she's sent him across to Ruby to see if she can give him a job.
I guess it's hard to tell how Martin is feeling at this point, however as soon as he comes face to face with Ruby and Zack, he really is not pleased with what he's witnessing. Zack is once again back to his old tricks and is horrendously flirting with Ruby. Martin informs him that he is in fact his bosses wife, so he needs to be incredibly careful not to cross the line where his boss is concerned. But Ruby informs her husband that she is glad to have him home and she missed him terribly, which kind of eases Martin's mood, but something tells me that this Zack is going to cause a stir. What do you guys think?

Finally I have to mention Nancy and Mick, I have to say though, it's been really lovely seeing these two share scenes again, I've really missed that Dad and Daughter bonding from these two. Nancy informs her Dad that if he's still willing to go to the Doctor's appointment then he can still join her. When she pops by the Vic to inform him the time, even though Mick reassures her that he'll be there, Shirley is suspicious to what the two of them are planning/doing and informs her "technically" Granddaughter that Mick needs to focus on writing his victim statement for court and can't have any distractions.
However, even though that of course Nancy wouldn't want to distract her Dad from something as important as his victim statement, but she feels happy that her Dad joined her for the appointment. However, from what I can gather, it looks as if that Nancy is having to wait 12 more months until she can go through with being sterilized, is it something to do with her being the right age? I'm not so sure, I think I missed that bit, however I recall Nancy mentioning that she is old enough to make the decision if she does wants kids at aged 16, but she's not allowed to make the decision if she doesn't want children at the age of 27?! Does she need to be 28 then for them to go through with the sterilization?
She agrees to wait for the 12 months as she is completely certain that her feelings is not going to change on the matter - however, can I just say? - How much do you guys want to bet now that during these next 12 months, at some point Nancy will find herself pregnant? What will she do if she does??? - But back to the present, she informs her Dad that if she agrees to wait for the next 12 months, she wants to make sure that her Dad promises to do something for her also - read his victim statement aloud in court. She's hoping it'll give him the opportunity for him to have his say - about how everything that happened with Katy truly made him feel!
As they arrive back on the Square, Mick heads to the Vic and gets his head down to write his victim statement, as Shirley enters and sees her son working away, she questions him whether he wants her to go over it. However Mick informs her that she'll be able to hear it for herself as he's agreed he's going to read it in court. But as Shirley voices her concern, Mick informs her that he's changed his mind about reading his statement - Katy doesn't scare him anymore! Although, unbeknown to them, as Mick is sat inside the pub writing his victim statement, Katy is stood right outside the pub, watching, staring, waiting! What is she doing back in Walford? Shouldn't she be behind bars? If there's going to be court date coming up, surely she's broken the rules of her bail if she's arrived back on the Square? I'm intrigued to see what's going to happen next. I hope Mick doesn't see her, he'll flip his lid! I have to be honest though, I'm looking forward to seeing the court hearing, as hopefully we'll get to see/hear what kind of sentence Katy will get and whether justice has been served!
Thank you all again for reading, I know it's been a while but I truly appreciate you all taking the time to read and respond! I can't wait to see what happens next, please feel free to leave me a message or comment on any of the storylines happening in EastEnders right now. I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thank you again everyone, enjoy the rest of your evening! Love you all xXx
"It's All Her Fault!"
Double Episode Special
Thursday 25th February - Friday 26th February 2021
Hello everyone! I apologise for this post being so late, I've been away from my computer since Friday and I've not had a chance to watch EastEnders at all. I realise I'm a few episodes behind, but in this blog post, I've decided to review both Thursday's and Friday's episodes together, that way through-out the week I can catch up and be up to date with you all. I do however have to say that this week, I will possibly be missing out Thursday and Friday again as I have some personal time away from my computer. I want thank you all though for being incredibly patient with me and allowing me to write up my blog as and when I can. You're all amazing people and I can't thank you enough for the on-going support.
There is SO much to cover, so let's discuss a few things, the first thing I'm going to focus on is Ben, Phil and this new business deal that's supposed to be going on. I have to be honest though, this storyline I'm finding a little bit confusing. Maybe because I've been away for a few days, but what was the whole business agreement/plan that Ben, Phil and this new character were involved in in the first place? All we know for sure really is that this new character, who I still can't recall the name of, "Stas" or "Stan", has been a loyal customer/client of the Mitchells for years and now he's taking his business elsewhere, to Kheerat. Of course this is going to upset and annoy the Mitchells, but after a lot of confrontation between Ben and Kheerat about nicking potential business plans/propositions, it looks as if it all comes down to money at the end of the day. Who is this new character? We really don't know much about him at all, and to be honest, I'm getting sick of seeing his face ... he doesn't speak clearly and I can't quite understand what's going on when he's onscreen! Thursday's episode shows Kheerat celebrating his new business prospects, and of course Ben kicks off as he feels that Kheerat is flaunting his celebrations right in front of them, nicking their clientele.
However, the following day, it looks that maybe Kheerat has got himself in a bit too deep as "Stas"/"Stan" demands more money that was originally agreed. Vinny notices that his brother appears to be doing some kind of business and might have been in the foresight of the Mitchells. He warns his brother to be careful and whether they should include their Mother, Suki, for help. But Kheerat is adamant that he was to do the business his way and will only inform Suki when he's ready. Has Kheerat taken on a bit too much? Meanwhile Ben seems to be seething that Kheerat is laughing at his family, mainly himself and Phil. But Phil informs his son that they should do absolutely nothing. Instead of getting worked up about lost business and money, he suggests that they should just lay back and watch from the side-lines and watch things go to pot! As that way, if things do turn out wrong, it won't be their problem, it'll be Kheerat's. As much as that appeals to Ben, watching things crash and burn would be some form of entertainment for him, he seems to ignore his Dad and approaches Kheerat whilst he's sat in Ruby's club. Interestingly, he seems to warn to Kheerat about the clientele he's working with, informing him to be on his guard and proposes that if ever he needs help in anything, he's willing to step up. Ben is clearly trying to worm his way in to be involved, just once I wish he'd listen to his Dad's advice and leave things be.
--
Whilst on the subject of the Mitchell's, who else has Phil been involved with lately? Kat! And after overhearing him bad-mouth her and humiliate her to Ben after their romp, she took it things into her own hands. Initially, she is the one who kind of caused the Mitchell's to lose their business proposition as she went blabbing, which turns out why Stas/Stan took his business to Kheerat instead. During this whole section of Ben trying to figure out who blabbed, Kat has been lying low, but her family are starting to notice that someone or something has seemed to upset her. Stacey mentions that if it happens to be a bloke who has let her down, then he's not worth it. Eventually Kat takes it upon herself to give Phil a visit, informing him that she's not someone to be messed around with, also dropping the bombshell that she was the one to blabbed, I think it's this point that Phil realises he has met his match in Kat, after their little fling, Kat announces that things are over between them. Only later on, it looks as if Phil realises that Kat is right and he shouldn't have bad-mouthed her the way he did, he decides to pop over to her and, in not so many words, apologise. Maybe things between Kat and Phil could get serious? Who knows, I think they'd made a very big power couple!

The next thing I have focus on is Isaac. So it's now been revealed that the illness that Isaac is suffering from is Schizophrenia. Now I've had to do a little bit of research for this as I'm not 100% sure what that entails. I think this is the first time that EastEnders have brought up the subject of Schizophrenia. For those of you unsure, Schizophrenia is a mental illness which affects how people think and how they understand the world around them. The symptoms brought on could be things such as hallucinations or delusions to an extent that they can't tell what's fantasy and reality.
But now we know what Isaac is having to deal with in his personal life, it all makes complete sense as to why Sheree has been acting so protective of her son. Of course, at this moment in time, only Isaac and herself are aware about his diagnosis. I'm intrigued to see how the rest of the family are going to react once they find out the truth, Patrick, Denise and Kim. One thing I hope, is that Isaac isn't seen as a freak or anything, I don't mean that in a harsh way, but people might begin to think they he hears voices or something? I don't know, we'll have to wait and see. But poor Lola has also been left in the dark, for now. Sheree has warned her to stay away from her son, of course she means well where he son is concerned, but she didn't really go the right way about it. Isaac is left furious at his Mum when he learns that she was the one who warned Lola to stay away, but Isaac truly feels that he's ready to move on and have a relationship.
After learning from Patrick that Sheree warned Lola to stay away, Isaac storms to the salon to confront his Mother. In this moment, I kind of feel sorry for Sheree - well both of them really. I'm not too sure how long Isaac has had this illness, but he claims to have things under control where his medication is concerned. The fact that he hasn't had a normal life for a long time seems to be interesting, he admits to his Mum that he genuinely has feelings for Lola and is ready for some happiness in his life. But Sheree is deeply concerned, concerned that she doesn't want her son getting hurt if people find out the truth. This is where Isaac really passionately aches to be heard, he's not scared of his diagnosis and is ready to reveal it to the people close to him. He demands his Mum to say the name of his illness, but she simply refuses, which is when the big reveal is announced and we learn of his Schizophrenia. Later on, Lola is sat alone in the Cafe and Isaac is quick to join her, she claims that she's not willing to put her job on the line if her job is at risk if they were to start dating. But Isaac reassures her that he will put his Mother straight, regardless of her worries, and he convinces Lola to go out on another date.
I know this has have already, but I'm really looking forward to seeing Monday's episode tomorrow so I can comment on Lola's reaction to Isaac's medical news. Let's just hope things won't get worse for Isaac and he and Lola might be able to have a relationship that works, regardless of his mental illness.

Okay so we know that Ruby has been the main focus of these two episodes, but before we delve into her storyline, I want to mention Dotty. Early on in the week we saw her approach Ruby with a business proposition of having a hostess at the club, as a way of gaining more customers and making more money for the club. At first, Ruby seems really against the idea as it'll look as if they're prostituting young women. However, as the episodes have gone on, Dotty seems to have convinced Tiffany to be the hostess of the club, as she would be earning more money for herself and Keegan, in an exchange Dotty has allowed them to move into Sonia's house and live with her, Whitney and Kush. I guess it's fair to say that both Tiffany and Keegan have been struggling for money in recent months, with Keegan working at the club as bar-staff as well as doing his own sandwich business. But to get Ruby on board with this hostess idea, Dotty is eager to find out more information on Ruby. She approaches Tiffany and asks her to tell her everything she knows about the club owner, when she learns about Ruby's Dad and her past and how she became so wealthy, Dotty seems to approach Ruby - I'll mention Ruby's mental state and emotional state shortly, but Dotty catches her at the worst possible time. I thought that Dotty kind of manipulated Ruby into allowing to go forward with the hostess job, complimenting how far she has come in her life and how successful she's been, mentioning that they both have Dad's with bad reputations and she simply wants to make something of her life and make her Dad proud. All this seems to fall on deaf ears, Ruby understandably has other things on her mind, but when Dotty claims she wants 50% of the profits, Ruby claims that she'll have to settle for just 10% otherwise there will be no deal, to which Dotty happily agrees.
I wasn't going to mention much about it, but I do fear for Tiffany. Maybe taking this job at the club may not be a good idea? And how on Earth with Keegan react when he finds out? Tiffany has said she's going to keep it a secret from her husband for a while, until she's ready to tell him. But I guess she's only doing it so they can afford a house for themselves? What do you think? Could Tiffany be putting herself in danger?
--
Okay so the main event I need to mention is Ruby. Oh Ruby ... poor Ruby! I do really feel for her, but I feel like she's so struck by grief and loss that her whole world is crumbling around her. She tries to do something nice but things get thrown back into her face. So, before I mention the devastating loss that Ruby has gone through, we need to start with how this all happened and kicked off. Martin proposes to his wife that she deserves and break and plans a holiday to Greece during the Easter holidays, but Ruby voices her concerns about leaving the children behind during Easter, to which she suggests maybe taking the children with them. Of course that is a really nice gesture, I still can't tell whether she's trying to do one over Stacey or not, but it could simply be a nice gesture for the children, considering that during this moment, Ruby is pregnant and her child would be a sibling to Stacey's children. Unfortunately though, Stacey isn't too keen on her taking the children on holiday. It's revealed that they would take the children away for two weeks, which in Stacey's mind, gives Ruby enough time to turn her children against her. But really, why would Ruby do that if she was pregnant with her own child? Know what I mean?
To try and come up with some sort of an agreement, Stacey, Martin and Ruby decide to meet for a discussion about the holiday plans. However Stacey is furious when Ruby turns up with nail polish for Lilly, when just a few moments before Stacey refused to buy it for her daughter. Stacey once again feels like Ruby is wading in on her children, but honestly, I really don't think that's the case. All Ruby has ever truly wanted is to have a family of her own. To get away from the confrontation she goes to visit the restroom whilst Martin tries to calm Stacey down. Only when Ruby returns, she is visibly very quiet, only she doesn't approach the table to join Martin and Stacey. She grabs her phone and calls up the clinic, informing them that she's 7 weeks pregnant and worryingly, she's bleeding. Without anyone's knowledge, she goes on her own to the clinic where unfortunately the nurse can't seem to pick up a heartbeat on the baby monitor. Devastatingly, she has last her baby, the child she has always wanted.
The following day, she seems to be completely in a world of her own and the previous days events seem to play over and over again in her mind. Martin is trying to do his best to cheer up his wife, even making the kind gesture of putting the baby scan picture in a cute small baby picture frame. However, I still have to mention that that baby scan picture, really isn't hers. Perhaps she never got to have a picture scan? I'm assuming because she was only 7 weeks, she doesn't get a picture? Do you only get a picture when you're 12 weeks? I'm unsure. But regardless, she sadly has no baby scan picture of her own baby. Ruby tries to go on about her day, heading off to work, but whilst she's there Stacey pays her a visit, informing her that if she wants to take her children to Greece for a holiday, then she can pay for it because Stacey simply cannot afford it.
I found this scene between Ruby and Stacey really really gripping actually. Even though they seem to be at each other's throats right now, it was nice to see them actually having a conversation about their teenage years. Recalling on how their memories as best friends and their wishes of having children around the same time as each other, both being Mum's walking their prams around the Square, each of their children calling them "Auntie". I really enjoyed watching this moment, they truly were very best friends for a long time. It's a crying shame how things have changed between them. Okay, Ruby being with Stacey's ex-husband isn't a good start, but I don't know about you guys, but do you miss the friendship that they once had? Would you like it if they were to move on and forgive each other for their wrong doings and become friends again? Honestly, I think they both could do with a good friend right now.
Sadly, their discussion and happy memories doesn't last for long. Ruby claims that she can't see what Martin saw in Stacey, but to clash once again, Stacey gives her the same insult. Does Stacey still have feelings for Martin? Before she found out about them being married, Stacey did confess to Martin that she still loved him, but does her feelings still remain the same? Stacey claims that because she was married to him for quite a long time, plus she's the Mother of his children, she and Martin will always have a history and he will always hold a spark for her. As she goes to leave Ruby alone in the club, Ruby follows her asking her to elaborate on what she means. She stands her ground and informs her ex-best friend that she and her husband are solid and nothing and no one is ever going to come in between them.
As Stacey goes to leave, Ruby follows her up the stairs, but in the commotion of their argument, as Stacey turns to tell Ruby to leave her alone, Ruby's ankle gives way as she steps on one of the stairs and she goes falling backwards along the stairs. Of course Stacey is absolutely terrified for Ruby, knowing that she's pregnant and had a dangerous fall. She stays by her side and places a cushion under her head, calling up Martin to inform him of his wife's accident. Poor Ruby pleads Stacey not to leave her and they both clasp hands. Later on, when Ruby is alone in the hospital, Martin arrives after hearing the news from Stacey. As Ruby looks up at her husband, she absolutely crumbles and bursts into floods of tears. Apologising to her husband and claiming that she really tried, Martin tries his absolute best to console his devastated wife over the loss of their baby. Only, when me mentions that Stacey called him, Ruby is more than furious, I don't know whether it's the grief that's really struck her, or whether she's feeling angry for losing the child she's always wanted, who knows what she could be feeling? Maybe everything just builds inside of her, she makes the horrendous claim that Stacey is to blame for her losing her child as she sobs into Martin's arms.
I do feel that things are going to going to turn dark and more upsetting for all involved in this story. Of course Martin is going to believe his wife, which means that Stacey is going to have a huge battle to fight. If there wasn't a battle before, there most definitely will be a war. Ruby did sadly lose her baby, but Stacey was not to blame. To be honest, she had lost the baby even before she fell, she had miscarried the previous day when she bled and they nurse couldn't detect a heartbeat. But now she's taken a bad fall and Stacey was there, I suppose it gives her the opportunity to put Stacey in the frame and blame her, anything to get back at her, or to even keep her husband on side. Who knows? I do feel for Ruby, I really do, but blaming Stacey for something which wasn't her fault is really not the right thing to do.
As I said, I don't know whether because she's grieving, she's angry, jealous? She could be feeling all these emotions right. But one thing is for sure Stacey is going to have a huge battle on her hands now to prove her innocence. I'm really looking forward to reviewing Monday's episode. I might do the same thing tomorrow and blog about Monday's and Tuesday's episode together, just to make sure I catch up! Thank you all for reading, I apologise for this being so late, but all your support really means the world. I'll be back again tomorrow! Love you all xXx
"So Are You!"
Tuesday 5th January 2021
Hello again everyone! Well, we're back in lockdown, I hope you're all keeping safe and looking after yourselves. This has got to come to end at some point right? Considering that the UK has been put into another lockdown, for those of you who are wondering, EastEnders have confirmed that they will still be carry on filming with plenty more social distancing policies in place. I'm very pleased to hear this news, I felt it was hard when EastEnders had to go off air, I was so thrilled when it returned to our screens. Also it doesn't even phase me that the episodes only last 20 minutes, I know it might be annoying some of you guys, but it doesn't matter how long an episode lasts, we're still getting our daily Easties fix!
Now about last night's episode, there's quite a bit to cover, there were quite a few moments I got completely confused, but by the end it all made sense! I'll explain more of that a little later, but first lets focus on Kush and the Slater family. Poor Stacey is completely beside herself, fearing the worst that Kush has kidnapped her son and taken him to Dubai! Kush is still in hope that Whitney will help with the funds he needs to get away, only when she turns up empty handed and refusing to help with his plan, he can see his chances to get away have slumped! Whitney tells him some pretty hard hitting truths, regardless whether he thinks he's doing the right thing for Arthur, Whitney tells him that his actions could force Arthur to hate him, taking him away from his Mum and family, this fact seems to really play on Kush's mind. Back on the Square Stacey and Martin are contemplating calling the police, stating the fact that Kush hasn't left them any choice, only just before they're able to dial, a taxi pulls up and little Arthur is seen getting out. Stacey is overcome with relief as she rushes to her little boy and scoops him up in her arms. Kat really isn't best impressed as she approaches her boyfriend and gives him a huge slap around the face! Regardless of emotions being so high, Ruby is there with a really smug looking face watching everything unfold in front of her! Once inside, Kat lays into Kush about his actions, it's quite hard really because I feel for them both, even though Kush did have it coming! I feel, if Kush hadn't started his gambling addiction, he wouldn't be in this awful mess. Kat mentions how she felt safe with him after being lied to so many times by Alfie. It's clear to see she is in deep distress after being lied to again and again, after being betrayed by someone she truly loved and trusted. Even though Kush is apologetic and trying to persuade her that he'll change, she can't seem to find a way back from this announces their relationship is over. What do you think? Will they be able to work it out? Do you like Kat and Kush together?! Later on, when Ruby is at home, Kush knocks on her door and bursts his way in, blaming her for putting the idea in his head an even more so of giving him the money to flee, in an attempt to blackmail her, he announces that he'll be moving in with her and Martin, seeing as he has no where to go, and if Ruby declines, he'll inform Martin about her giving him the money to take Arthur away, from the look of Ruby's face - she simply has no choice but to let him stay!

The second thing I want to focus on, is Sharon! It looks as if she is still wanting to carry on with her plan and poison Ian. After Phil eventually agreed on helping her take down Ian, she visits him hoping to receive more pills to poison him with, but when he gives her such a small amount, she's not impressed. She informs him that it's not enough and that she needs more, but Phil warns her they need to take it slowly, make it look real, and not give him too many in one go. She seems disappointed but leaves with with pills nonetheless. Back at the Vic, she's prepping the pills and adding them to Ian's coffee, only Linda seems to interrupt her and takes her by surprise. Linda appears with little Ollie as she comes to visit her friend and comes to seek some advice after getting things back on track with Mick, as they begin their catch up, Linda encourages Ollie to go and play with Albie. Later on and Sharon seems to forget what she was previously doing, and enjoys her chat with Linda, little Ollie comes walks in - I'm assuming he's wanting a drink - as he walks straight up to counter and goes to grab the mug left on the side, the mug which contains Ian's poisoned coffee! Luckily, Sharon notices the little boy's actions before any harm can be done, but because she shouted at him so loudly, she scares the poor boy. Linda seems surprised by actions but she thinks quick and explains that she didn't want Ollie having so much caffeine. Linda seems to shake her friends behaviour off, but it looks as if Sharon can't afford to lose her focus, otherwise an innocent party could be badly hurt.

Lastly, the main focus of this episode was Callum and Jack! Previously, Jack had agreed to help Callum out, regarding DI Thompson. Callum feared that if Thompson was going to reveal everything, he'd lose Ben and his place in the Mitchell family for good. The only person he could turn to and actually trust to help him, was Jack. In this episode, Callum informs Jack that a meeting has been arranged with DI Thompson at Ruby's club, at first it all looks like they have a plan in motion to maybe blackmail Thompson, bullying Callum into doing things he shouldn't be doing etc etc. Callum waits nervously, DI Thompson enters and Callum begins to mention that he has something solid on Phil that he'll be interested in - of course it's just an excuse to keep him there until Jack shows up, however Callum begins to panic and struggles under pressure as Jack fails to turn up. My first thought was - where the hell was Jack? Unfortunately, I don't think that question gets answered. Thompson is clearly getting fed up of Callum and his excuses and makes his exit, leaving Callum in a panic. As he attempts to follow, Jack finally turns up, much to Callum's relief. Jack informs Callum to leave as he'll take it from here - it's then that Jack confronts Thompson with what he's been up to the past couple of months and forcing a junior police officer to do things he shouldn't be doing. To save him getting in any trouble, he urges DI Thompson to take early retirement and leave Phil to him. At this moment, I slightly panicked - it had me questioning as to who's side Jack was actually on?! I was so confused - one minute he was helping Callum, the next, helping Thompson! - WHAT?!
But then Jack found Callum and informed him that everything had been sorted, there was no more reason for him to worry and he could tell the Mitchell's everything. Being the supportive colleague, Jack accompanies Callum to the Mitchell's as they reveal everything about DI Thompson's plan. At first both Ben and Phil are furious to hear that Callum was involved, but they both make them see that everything he did was to protect the Mitchell's, putting his career on the line for them! Ben seems to realise how much Callum has gone through to protect him and proposes going to the pub for a drink. However, as Ben and Callum leave, Phil can't seem to understand why Jack would get involved, he senses that something isn't right and he's after something - it's then that Jack reveals to Phil that Thompson has given him a memory stick containing everything that Phil has done in the past up till present day of his dodgy and petty crimes. Phil sees that Jack will want something from him in return if he wants all this to disappear, but what?!
Meanwhile at the pub, Callum is confessing everything to Ben. Informing him that he just wants to be honest with his boyfriend and most importantly, he'd do anything to protect him - even if it means putting his career on the line! Ben is completely overwhelmed by his boyfriend's actions. It's then that Jay walks in and Callum offers to buy the next round of drinks. As he steps up to the bar, Ben looks lovingly at his boyfriend, to which Jay notices, asking what the look was for, Ben innocently smiles and states clear as day "I'm going to marry that man, Jay!" ......... Oooooh I'm sure you Ballum fans will be going crazy after that line!!! Is this a slight hint that there could be a Ballum wedding on the cards? Here's an interesting question - who would you like to see pop the question? Ben to Callum? or Callum to Ben? - Personally I think if Ben was to pop the question to Callum, it would fit so perfectly!!

The final clip we see is Denise walking through the Square, however unbeknown to her, Lucas is following her from a distance! Can I just say how bloody creepy that was? Clearly Lucas is still has it in for his ex, but why?! Denise really needs to keep on her guard! As she reaches her house, suddenly Jack appears with a huge bouquet of flowers, and admits to Denise that he wants to give them both another try. Even though Denise is touched by his romantic gesture, she questions whether he's accepting of having Phil in her life, literally because of Raymond - it's then that things are made clear. Jack informs her that she doesn't have to worry about Phil as he has sorted it - which basically means that they've made some kind of deal, Jack won't dob him into the police as long as Phil stays away from Denise and Raymond ... That's got to be it, right? Even though Phil may have agreed to this arrangement, I do fear he may find it hard, knowing full well that his son is just on the other side of the Square. Then again, I suppose he could take comfort in knowing that his son is close to home. Who knows? As Jack and Denise close in for a kiss and rekindle their romance, Lucas watches with dark eyes from a distance!! He is so creepy, I am so glad that EastEnders have brought him back, it's going to be so interesting to see what brings Lucas back, Denise had best watch her back!
Overall a great episode, enjoyable and again so much drama! Thank you again for reading, I truly appreciate your time. Please feel free to leave me any messages or comments, I'll always find the time to reply! Thanks again folks! Love you all xXx

"KAT!"
Friday 27th November 2020
Hello again everyone, hope you're all doing well! I apologise for this one being a little late, I was in work last night so I've only got round to catch up today. The previous episode ended on such a cliff-hanger, I'm really looking forward to seeing what's going to happen in the episode.
Let's waste no time and jump straight in, the episode begins pretty much where the previous episode ended. Phil has successfully found a recorder which was bugged inside the Arches by Callum, however as Phil throws it to the floor and crushes it with his foot to destroy it, little does he know that Callum is watching from the footwell below and watches him crush the device. Phil is absolutely enraged as he leaves the Arches, leaving Callum in absolute dismay - what does this mean now though? Does that mean all his evidence against Phil is now lost? Or has DI Thompson managed to hear enough to convict Ben or Phil? Also, will Phil find out that Callum was the one who planted the recorder?! We know he's not going to be happy when he does!
Meanwhile, up in Whitney's loft, Kat is explaining her reasons to Kush as to why she's not that all keen in leaving the Square. But in all fairness, Kush doesn't really want to leave the Square either as he'll be leaving his son behind, but he really feels he has no other choice. However as Kat has her doubts, he kneels beside and proposes a plan, to flee with her and the kids to France just for short period of time, mainly over the Christmas period as it'll give them some time to get away from everything and also be able to spend time together with the children, he even suggests that everyone else could visit - Stacey, Jean and Mo! It looks as if Kush is running out of time, but he pleads for Kat to at least think about his offer, but warns she shouldn't take too long.
Returning to the Mitchell household, Phil storms into the house, with Ben none the wiser, Phil throws the recording device on the living room table in front of Ben, informing him that he's just found it in the Arches and that with it still recording, it must've been planted there recently. Ben is absolutely stunned as Shirley makes her way into the room, after being contacted by Phil. She also notices the recording device and between them all they all begin to question all the possible suspects who could've planted it, who has been in the Arches recently?! Danny, Dotty, Gray - even Callum? But then Phil announces that he's got an idea of who the culprit could be! As he makes his exit, Shirley instructs Ben to make any calls to see if can find out any information, as she makes her leave, Callum enters the house and of course, acting absolutely none the wiser asks his boyfriend what's gong on.
The next scene shows both Mick and Linda returning to their apartment after going shopping, of course, viewers will know that in the previous episode, whilst waiting for Linda in the parking lot, Mick was left in the car and it seems that he was having dark thoughts about committing suicide and driving his car straight into a wall. As they return home, Mick suggests that when Linda goes to pick up Ollie, she should take his superhero costume, which has a stain on it, to Tina - as she may be able to convince the young boy to wear it. As Linda agrees, she begins to mention the idea of maybe they all should wear costumes and have a family photoshoot - however Mick becomes a little distracted as he hears his Mum's voice coming from the Square, he looks out the window as he hears her shouting to Phil to calm down! Before Linda can finish what she's saying, he rushes out the apartment to see what's going on.
Out on the Square, Phil is marching towards the Slater household, as he reaches the front door, he bangs aggressively and calls for Kat. Shirley follows him, still asking him to calm down. After banging against the door and windows a couple of times, Jean answers the door is a right state, asking what's going on. The poor woman hasn't got a clue what has happened, as Phil barges himself in looking for Kat, Shirley apologises to her fragile friend and follows Phil. As Phil searches the house for Kat, suddenly Mick makes an appearance asking to speak to his Mum (Talk about timing!) - He claims that what he needs to speak to her about is really important, however of course being in the middle of what's happened with Mitchells and Slaters recently, Shirley is torn between calming down Phil and helping her son. Like I just said, Mick didn't really pick the best of times to speak to his Mum, he could clearly see she had her hands full at that moment in time. Shirley asks whether Mick can wait until later on, but he's adamant he needs to speak to her now, but sometimes it's not that easy just to drop everything. Mick once again seems disappointed as his Mum doesn't step up and speak to him, he walks off once again leaving Shirley feeling completely torn. I do think Mick kind of dropped Shirley in a difficult situation there, he could clearly see she was in the middle of something that looked important, so why choose now to want to speak to her? Considering he's been speaking like to crap to her over the past few weeks!
Meanwhile, Kat is sat on her own in the Cafe, from the looks of things she's looking as if she's in deep thought, possibly thinking about and considering Kush's offer?! As she sits alone, Jack questions her from across the room whether she's seen or heard from Kush. Sarcastically she replies to him with "No comment, Officer!" - of course Jack was just asking as a neighbour and a friend, not as a police officer, even though he knows what Kush is wanted for. It's then that Sonia makes her way into the Cafe - looks like she has returned from her trip after seeing Bianca, Kat is surprised to see her. However as the conversation continues between the both of them, it becomes aware that Sonia has no idea that Kush has been hiding in her attic. Sonia suggests to Kat that she should pop over for a get together with everyone, including the family, as Kat agrees to her invitation, her phone beings to ring. As she answers, Jean is on the other end, obviously informing her about the commotion that's happening over at their house, Kat leaves in a hurry, but as she leaves Jack watches with a suspicious look.
Back at the Slater household, Jean is looking nervous as tensions are rising, she asks Shirley whether she can tell her what's going on, but the only thing Shirley is able to tell her is that Phil and Kat have been involved in some form of business together. You can see clearly from Jean's face that she's not happy about the idea, she's eager to know what kind of business, but Kat interrupts the conversation before anything more can be revealed to poor Jean. She persuades both Shirley and Jean to make themselves scarce, as things could get ugly between the too. As she walks in to speak to Phil alone, it's then he informs her about what he's found and it becomes perfectly clear who he's blaming. Kat is stunned to hear what Phil's saying - as she says - why would she go through everything just to plant a bug in the Arches and have the police come running?! But then Phil suspects that if it wasn't her that it would have to have been Kush, then that way as soon as they get their share of the money, they would contact the police and have Phil and Ben arrested. Not in so many words, Kat denies knowing anything about the recorder whilst also defending her boyfriend.
Returning to the Square, Ben and Callum are seen leaving the Mitchell household, as they see Shirley across the Square, they're eager to know what's happening. She explains to them that Kat and Phil are having words inside, however it's not long that they make an appearance onto the Square themselves. As Kat and Phil's voices begin to raise, Ben is wary of them making a scene as there could be too many eyes and ears around, observing. Suddenly Callum speaks up and claims that it has nothing to do with Kat - Oh, for a split moment it makes you think that he's going to maybe admit to something - everyone falls silent and looks towards Callum, even Ben questions his boyfriend. It's then that Callum point out that you can see it in Kat's eyes that she's not lying, it's then that he proposes that she swears on her children's lives that she knows nothing, she loves her kids more than anything, it would become clear that if she was to swear on their lives, everyone would come to realise that she has nothing to do with it. Kat agrees and swears on Tommy, Bert and Ernie's lives.
Meanwhile at the Minute Mart, Honey looks to be in her own world as Jay enters the shop, as their conversation continues, it looks as if the shop isn't doing so well, due to the article on the Walford Gazette about Suki offering bribes. Has that taken affect on Suki's business? Does no one want to shop there anymore? If this continues, it looks as if the Panesar's might be in some trouble! As Honey informs Jay of how quiet the store has been, Suki listens in as Honey gossips about her. Suki makes it that little bit awkward as she approaches Honey after she's spoken to Jay, she confronts her with a serious looking stare, you can sense the awkwardness in the room!
At Ruby's club, Mick is sat alone while Sonia makes friendly conversation to him. She informs him she's just seen Linda in the park with Ollie and explains that Ollie has found himself engrossed in one of Mack's console games that Tina is trying to prise it off of him. Mick smiles as he hears the gossip about his little boy. He attempts a smile as he attempts to inform Sonia that he's hiding away to stay clear from all the commotion. Sonia giggles and informs him that he'd better show his face soon, and she takes her leaves from the club. Mick continues to sit alone with his thoughts, he grabs his phone and decides to dial a number, eventually the caller on the end picks up and he asks for their help. Who on Earth could he be calling?!
Meanwhile at the Panesar household, Kheerat has a bit of unfortunate news for his Mum. It turns out that since the article about Suki was released in the newspaper, they've lost a number of contracts, another 3 just from that morning. Suki seems to act like it's nothing, much to Kheerat's surprise. He's concerned that his Mum has seemed to stop caring about their businesses, but Suki is quick to defend herself and make sure that her son knows that if anyone crosses her, she will fight back. Even if it means going up against Ian Beale. Is Suki aware that it was Ian who sold his story about her to the newspaper?! Because I'm sure she's not going to be one to take it lightly, she will be blaming Ian for their bad luck in losing contracts and she will be out for revenge, I'm sure about that!
Back up in Whitney and Sonia's attic, Kat appears to be informing Kush about what's been happening with the Mitchell's. Kush is absolutely stunned to hear that Phil appears to be blaming him for planting the recording device. It looks like now more than ever he needs to flee the Square, however as Kat is throwing him his belongings, she happens to say the word "We" - was that a slip of the tongue? Or has she made her mind up and decided to flee Walford with him? Suddenly they happen to hear commotion from below, Kat hushes them to be quiet so they can hear what's happening. Downstairs Whitney answers the door to Jack who's come to sort out the loft and sort out Bex's and Amy's belongings. Of course, Jack is completely unaware to Kush hiding in their loft, and it would be really awkward if Jack was to find him. Thinking quickly on her feet, Whitney offers Jack a quick drink, explaining that the stuff in the loft doesn't need to be sorted straight away and he can do it another time, however Jack seems pretty adamant to get the job done. Having to act really quickly as slowly begins to make his way up the stairs, she claims to have found a rat or a mouse in the kitchen and asks for his help, to which he finally agrees to assist.
Returning to Mick in the club, he appears to be talking to someone, speaking about how his visit to Lee would help him clear his head and sort things. He explains that it did for a short while, but once he arrived back on the Square, everything came flooding back and it became clear that the issue hadn't disappeared at all. As the camera spins around we can see that the person Mick is speaking to is Katy, she questions whether his problem is related to something or someone closer to home, but then he makes the big revelation that the issue is in fact her and Frankie. He explains that since her arrival to the Square, he can't stop thinking about her. He keep revisiting every memory in his head and he informs her that she is the only one who understands what he's going through, as she was there when everything happened. Of course, in his mind, he thinks that she must feel the same - maybe? She must have had the same emotions that he has had, after having to relive everything that happened in their past? But of course, we know that truth. It looks as if he doesn't understand or want to believe that he was a victim of sexual assault, he has convinced himself that he and Katy were maybe one a couple. He pleads to her for her help. He pleads to help her stop him - stop him from what? Having these dark suicidal thoughts? Stop him from reliving his past?! What does he mean exactly?!
Meanwhile, back at with Whitney and Jack. He informs her that he hasn't been able to locate the rat or mouse. As Whitney tries her absolute best to stop him from heading upstairs, she's adamant that she saw a rat. Suddenly her phone pings and we see that Kat has sent her a message informing her that they're leaving the attic and heading downstairs. As Jack seems to grow agitated, Whitney asks his help to sort out the food and music as she puts on the stereo player and urges Jack to dance with her. As he seems really reluctant to dance, a bang can be heard from the hallway which catches Jack's attention. He seems to click on Whitney's weird outbursts and goes to investigate, unfortunately finding both Kat and Kush on the stairs. He's disappointed in Whitney from trying to distract him, he forces both Kat and Kush inside the living room, he informs them both with himself being a police officer he needs to hold out his duty. He informs Kush that he's a wanted man, for assaulting a police officer and for stealing motors. Kush pleads to him to let Kat and Whitney go, if he does so, Kush will hold his hands up and come quietly to the police station. Only, as Jack agrees to go with Kush's suggestion, he's attacked and knocked out from behind as Kat wallops him over the head with the stereo player, leaving everyone in the house absolutely stunned by her actions.
Returning to the club, Mick informs Katy about the dark thoughts he had about driving himself into the brick wall, he explains that the only thing that stopped him was Linda coming back to the car to collect some bags. He questions her, what if it was to happen again? What if happens again and worse yet, Linda and/or Ollie are inside the car with him? Would he be able to stop himself and also put their lives in danger also?! He informs Katy that he's convinced he needs to talk to someone or get some therapy, seek some kind of help. However, I noticed that Katy is quick to state that seeing a shrink won't help, as she explains (in a twisted way) that no one else understand like the way she does, no shrink will care like the way she does. In her twisted ways, is she maybe to trying to convince Mick to not see a shrink as she fears he may inform them about his sexual encounters, which may expose her crimes?! That is exactly what I'm thinking she's doing! What do you guys think?! She also reminds him that she was there whilst he was in care and she reassures him that she was there to help him then, and she wants to help him just as much now. Even sinking a lot lower that he shouldn't tell anyone and leave it between the two of them! I do feel for Mick during this conversation, as you can see he is deeply struggling with his thoughts and emotions here, he's teary as he pleads for her help. Suddenly, Mick pleads to Katy to help him with one thing, she's eager to help him with whatever he needs, but to her surprise, he informs her that he wants to go back to the home that he grew up in, he believes that if he was to visit it again, it may help. Of course, she seems to swerve him off explaining that the building isn't even a home anymore and it's all boarded up, but that doesn't seem to register, he pleads for her to go with him to the home they once lived in together. Ooooh, something tells me this story with Mick and Katy is going eventually get darker and darker, what do you guys think? It's going to be long process/storyline, but I'm hoping that in time, Katy's crimes will come to light to the Carter family and everyone will be able to rally round and support Mick in his time of need.
The final scene of this episode, back on the Square, Kat and Kush are hurrying the children into their car, as Kat makes the children comfortable, Stacey is calling out for her cousin explaining that she doesn't have to flee, the police are after Kush, not her. But Kat can't take that risk, considering she's just assaulted Jack. Kush worries about not saying "Goodbye" to Arthur but Kat rushes him into the car, they need to get away as soon as they can. Suddenly, Jack appears from the Fowler household and rushes towards the car, Stacey alerts her cousin and she manages to speed off with Kush and the children in the vehicle before Jack can get to them and and quickly speed off around the corner. Jack is visibly irritated, but I do feel for Stacey, having to watch her family flee.
So, what does this mean? I do believe that even though Davood Ghademi is leaving the soap, his final scenes as Kush won't be until 2021! So something is telling me that eventually they will return? Maybe just before Christmas? Who knows? But something is going to bring them back to the Square. But what? Overall another drama packed episode! What do you think is going to happen with Mick? His story could go on for a long time, but if it is going to be a revelation of sexual abuse, they could do it brilliant justice! I think this is one of the main stories I'm looking forward to seeing progress and eventually revealed! What are you guys looking forward to? Any story-lines grabbing your attention? I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions, please feel free to leave me a message or any comments! I'd love to hear from you! Thanks again folks! Love you all xXx
"It's At An Insurance Company In Shoreditch!"
Monday 16th November 2020
Good afternoon / evening everyone! Hope you all had a brilliant weekend. This is quite an exciting post for me this one as this will be my 100th written blog post reviewing an episode of EastEnders, and I have a feeling it's going to be such a good episode to write about! I'm excited to get stuck in so let's jump right into it!
The episode begins with Kat sat on the sofa in her living room, checking the amount of her wages that Ian has paid her, as she checks them she notices that Ian has cut her short of the correct amount she's owed. As she's chatting to Stacey, the conversation turns the event which will be happening that night. It sounds as if this robbery she has planned with Phil will be going ahead that night. Kat informs Stacey to look after the kids and tells her that if they ask where she is, to make up some kind of logical excuse for her absence. Stacey once again tells her cousin that she still doesn't have to go through with this robbery and that they'll be able to find another way to find the money they owe Suki. But Kat is convinced that there is no other way and that this is the best shot she has of getting quick cash. As Stacey leaves the room, she suggests to take Kush with her to be on the safe side, suddenly Kush enters the room and informs Kat that he's planning on attending a Gambling Addiction meeting in an attempt to put things right between the couple. Kat informs her boyfriend that Phil has already organised for another driver, but Kush is quick to fight his corner and persuade her that whoever this other driver will be will not have her back as much as he will.
At the Vic, Ian is having what appears to be trouble with a supplier. As his brother and his family look across at him, its looks pretty clear that they have been made aware about what Ian has done to Kathy. Lexi tells his Uncle that the family aren't speaking to him anymore, as she sits with her Dad and Callum. As Ian takes himself behind the bar, Lexi asks her Dad what plans they have for that evening but Ben apologises to his daughter and explains he's having to work, to which Callum looks at him and pleads for him to be careful. Is Callum letting on that he knows what his boyfriend has planned? Or is he simply just showing support? Suddenly, Kat comes flying into the pub demanding Ian to pay her wages correctly, as she does so she sees Ben sat across the other end of the pub. As Ben and his family get ready to leave, Kat approaches him and asks who the new driver is that Phil's pulled in for the robbery, but before Ben can respond Ian is quick to insult Kat about cleaning for the Mitchell's and she storms off. Ian then enquires as to how much the Mitchell's are paying her but Ben really doesn't seem interested in making small-talk with his brother, he informs him that he's having to hold back really hard to not hurt him after what he did to their Mum, but he warns him that he ever pulls a stunt like that again, he'll come for him. I hate to say it, but I'm feeling glad that Ian has been making a lot of enemies lately, he seems to just be annoying everyone and he's digging his heels in deeper and deeper. There seems to be a lot of people he's upset right now - Max, Kathy, Sharon, Ben, Kat, Peter, Bobby, Dotty - I think someone needs to teach him a lesson!
After leaving the pub and witnessing Ian be the big "I am!", Max makes his way into the Café and finds Linda sitting on her own. They both greet each other as Max informs her about what has been happening in the Vic. It's then she mentions that her husband has gone to stay with their son, Lee, for a few days after the events that happened with him at the Vic. She informs Max that Ian had also sent them a bill for the bottle of alcohol that Mick accidentally smashed. Oh and what a coincidence! Max then happens to mention to Linda that he's actually thought of a way of getting back at Ian, to which she is instantly interesting in hearing his plan.
At the Masood/Ahmed household, (to which now Iqra, Ash and Tina are living in) Tina is confiding in Iqra about putting her foot in it with Mick and that he's not answering her calls, Iqra can kind of relate to Tina as she mentions that her sister, Habiba, has blocked her on all forms of social media. It seems as if they both have something in common when it comes to their families. Ash can be seen just listening in on their conversation as Iqra admits she doesn't know what to say to her sister if she'd try calling her. What is she supposed to say regarding Jags? In Iqra's mind, Jags is the one who's in the wrong - but of course Ash knows differently, she knows the truth. She grabs her coat and makes an excuse to leave, informing her girlfriend that she's going to work.
The next scene shows Jack visiting Denise once again, Denise informs him that she's been to the church with Raymond again and that the pastor gave her a book for Raymond. She informs Jack that she's been told more about Raymond's adoptive mother and how the little boy is constantly drawing pictures of his parents. Something is telling me that Denise feels like she might not be able compare to Raymond's adoptive Mother. Jack once again suggests she tells the young boy the truth about her identity in a case to make him feel more settled, he shuts the door behind him to make sure they don't have any interruptions whilst Denise tells her son who she is. Denise is looking a little bit nervous, but can only hope that the little boy will understand and accept the truth.
Returning to the Vic, Sharon is quick rush Ian into sorting the fact that they're running out of booze, Ian tries to reassure her that he'll get onto the supplier and sort it. Suddenly, Max and Linda sneak into the pub and they both make their way behind the bar announcing to the locals that all drinks will be free on behalf of Ian. Ian is absolutely stunned and can't believe what is happening. As Stacey and Jean enter also enter the pub, Stacey notices Linda behind the bar and comments how long it's been since she's seen Linda serving drinks. Linda appears incredibly happy to be where she once stood and she's looking even more happy to be helping Max wind Ian up. Ian is eager to stop what's happening before it the situation carries on or gets carried away but Max stops him from walking any further behind the bar and informs him he still owes him thousands of pounds! Ian questions him on how he's able to get that money so quick, but Max sarcastically suggests to him to rob a bank!
(Why do I have a horrible feeling that something is going to wrong with the robbery job that Kat and Phil are going to pull? Why do I feel that Ian might somehow get his hands on the money they get/nick, just so he can pay Max off? Will that then mean that the Slaters will be kicked out of their house? I admit I've got a very bad feeling that this robbery isn't going to end well!)
At the Mitchell household, Kat and Shirley are sat discussing the robbery job, Kat shows Shirley that she's made her a pass for her to get inside the building, she informs her that they may come in handy, unfortunately Shirley point out that she's made the blunder of putting their real names on the passes. As Phil and Ben make an appearance, Kat once again asks them who the new driver is that they've got for the job and inform her that it is in fact Shirley. Kat is left stunned as she informs them she needs her on the inside with her, but Phil reassures her that Shirley will be the best driver to get away. Kat is left reeling as she tells them to forget about the job and leaves, to which Ben runs after her. As he catches up to her outside, Ian can be seen in the background as Kat informs Ben that she'll get another driver, suddenly Ian speaks up - has he been listening to everything that they've been talking about? Is he aware that there's going to be a robbery? He asks his brother whether he could be a driver for them. Ben is clearly shocked, but as Ian continues to plead to his brother, it becomes clear that he is also desperate for money. Ben tells his brother to actually beg - it's clear that Ian is looking a little uncomfortable as he begins to kneel to the floor, to which Ben bursts out laughing and informs his brother that he wouldn't involve him if he was basically the last man on Earth. Things are looking really sour between to the two brothers, Ben is clearly angry with Ian because of what he did to their Mum. As Ben begins to walk away Ian shouts to him to stop acting like his Dad, which stops Ben in tracks, the next line really surprised me - Ian actually told his own brother that his Dad hates him - well clearly he doesn't know Phil and Ben as much as he thought, considering what Ben has gone through in the last few months regarding his hearing loss, Phil has tried his absolute best to support his son, even acknowledges his boyfriend which speaks volumes. Ben informs Ian that the relationship between him and his Dad is solid and the only person who is hated at the moment is him! As Ben makes his way inside the house, unfortunately, Ian notices that the pass made for Shirley has been accidentally left on the floor. What the hell is he going to do with that?!
Returning to Denise and Jack, as little Raymond is doing more drawings, Denise is trying to talk the young boy. I have to be honest, I found this scene very touching. Raymond is drawing a little picture on the floor as Denise is very softly talking to him about how his adoptive parents told him about "Another Mummy" who grew him in her tummy. Raymond nods his head in acknowledgement, showing that he knows what she's talking about, at such a young age he appears to understand. Denise asks whether he thought about her to which he gently nodded his head again, Denise then tells the young boy "That was me!" and she continues to mention how she gave him to special parents because he was a special boy. Suddenly Raymond turns around and gives Denise the picture he has drew, to which Denise instantly thinks is of his adoptive Mother, but when Jack notices that he's drawn a dress the same colour that Denise is wearing, Denise asks little Raymond whether the picture was of her, to which he smiles and nods. This was just an incredibly cute scene, I absolutely loved it! Beautifully done!
Returning to Ash, who has actually just gone to the Panesar household, she appears to be on the phone to Iqra, trying to reassure her that everything is fine. On the other end of the line, Iqra seems erratic, questioning her girlfriend why she left in such a rush and whether she is actually okay. Ash makes the quick excuse that she has to go and hangs up the phone. Behind her, we can see that Suki has been listening in on her daughter's conversation, trying to be the supporting Mother, she asks whether everything okay. But Ash admits that she's hating having to lie to her girlfriend, lying about Jags and everything else. Suki then tries to comfort her and explains that having to lie is probably best then telling a devastating truth. But then, Ash turns the conversation completely onto what her Mum is doing to the Slater's - are the Slater family even aware that she's planning on changing their house into studio apartments?! It looks as if Suki was planning on posting some fake letters to them, but then admits that perhaps she might think of another way of telling them. I really don't like Suki and I really hope that she'll get what's coming to her - eventually!
Back at the Slater household, Kush can be seen playing on his laptop again - is he really playing another game of poker?! Kat calls him from the hallway and he quickly shuts the laptop down before she can see. As she enters the kitchen she asks her boyfriend whether he was serious about seeking help for his gambling addiction, he confirms to her that he is. Kat then informs Kush that she's willing to let him join her on this robbery job if he's still interested, to which he seems incredibly eager to help out. He asks what's changed her mind, to which she explains that she needs someone to support her and be on her side - as it's fair to say that none of the Mitchell clan will be - she tells him that she does trust him as she leaves the room. As she enters the hallway we can hear her arranging with Phil to meet in the Arches, meanwhile Kush goes back onto his laptop, revealing that he has been playing Poker, yet again, but interestingly he actually pressed "Fold" and quits the game! I think the knowledge that Kat actually does trust him to help her with this job must've proved to him that he doesn't need to be playing Poker any more. Hopefully this will be the big turn around for Kush.
Meanwhile at the Vic, Max and Linda are once again sharing a drink. Sharon approaches them and questions Max's actions and how it would help Ian paying him back, but Linda is quick to defend Max, informing her friend that she hasn't laughed so hard for a long time. As Sharon leaves them to it, Linda confesses to Max how much she misses being behind the bar, Max understands and tries to comfort her, he tries to lift her spirits saying that that was her past, she bound to miss it, but she now needs to focus on the future. It's then that Linda reveals that she's had a new business idea, thanks to her son, Ollie. She reveals her new business idea would be superhero costumes for children with autism, to which Max agrees would be a brilliant idea. This is very interesting - does this mean that Linda might go down another road and start her own business? It could be a big success! Will Max convince her to go for it?!
At the Arches, Phil, Ben and Shirley are waiting for Kat to turn up, both Ben and Phil are looking a little bit tense. Shirley informs her boss that there will be other jobs, but Phil think that this opportunity it too easy to pass up, £100,000 for a few motors! It should be an easy job! Eventually Kat turns up and passes Shirley another leopard print piny, much to everyone's confusion. Phil makes the valid point that Shirley is going to be one of the driver's but then Kat reveals she's got someone else - as they all walk outside the Arches, Kush is seen standing very stern and he looks Phil dead in the eye. Will Phil agree to this arrangement?! Or does he perhaps feel that he could land them in trouble?! I mean, I don't think something should go wrong with the group they've got, but I fear something might go wrong for maybe one of two of them. What do you guys think? Is their robbery going to be a success? Or is something going to go horrendously wrong?!
Back with Jack and Denise, Jack praises Denise for the way she approached Raymond and revealing she was in fact his real Mum. Denise shows him the picture Raymond drew and he thought Jack was his new Daddy! Am I the only one who found this incredibly cute?! Jack at first looked in shock, but Denise reassured him that she's going to tell the young boy that they're just good friends - however from the look of both their faces, something tells me that they wish they could in fact go back to the way things were between them. I've got a feeling that they will rekindle their romance, they clearly still have feelings for one another, and perhaps Jack might come to love little Raymond as his own and they could be a family. Suddenly a voice from the hallway breaks the silence, Denise and Jack look in surprise as Kim walks through the door and announces her return! I AM SO HAPPY TO HAVE KIM BACK!!! However, she's got a lot to find out - first she'll have to find out about Chantelle passing away, and then the bombshell of having Raymond back in her sister's life! How is she going to react to the recent news?!
Back at the Arches, Shirley and Phil voice their concerns about Kush being involved, they make the very valid point that there isn't any room for mistakes. Ben questions whether he even knows the plan, to which Kush then gives a note by note to what the plan entails. Phil questions whether Kush will make a mistake or not, but Kush makes his feelings perfectly clear to him. His family is on the line, their plan has to work! Phil acknowledges that Kush means business and that he's serious about being a driver for them. Phil instructs them to meet later in the evening with a car as they walk away, as they do, Kat is looking more nervous as the plan comes closer and closer together. Kush tells her not to worry, he has her back and everything will be fine. (Famous last words, right?!)
Returning home to Iqra, Ash starts making up an a story as to how her day was, Iqra is visibly not having any of it. She questions her girlfriend straight out as to whether she is seeing someone else, which takes Ash completely by surprise. Ash tells her girlfriend that that is not the case, however when Iqra reveals that she went to the hospital to drop off her lunch for her, she sees that her story isn't going to work. She then tells Iqra the truth that she was in face at her Mum's house, but however, she still doesn't tell her full truth and instead tells her that the reason she left was because of Tina. She explains that Tina is getting in the way of their relationship and that they're not being able to spend time alone together. Iqra appears relieved and states she'll tell Tina to move out, to which Tina then appears from the hallway with a devastated look on her face.
The final scene of this episode was a very good one I have to say! Callum is at work and we can see that he's sent Ben a message asking him to be careful, however DI Thompson walks in on Callum and informs him that he's got recorded footage from the recorder that he planted at the Arches! Ooooohhhh gosh, I had forgotten all about that! So everything that Kush, Kat, Shirley, Phil and Ben had discussed has all been recorded! Callum at first reveals that that is the first he has heard about it, but once again DI Thompson blackmails him, saying if he doesn't tell him what he knows, he'll make sure that Ben goes down for his part in this crime! As all this is taking place, Phil, Ben, Kush, Kat and Shirley are all seen wearing dark clothes, of course except for Kat and Shirley in their leopard print pinnies, and approaching their cars ready to set off for the robbery. However what they don't see as they drive off is Ian, stood in a phone box! He's only gone and phoned the police and reported them! Is this to get his own back on Ben and Phil?! I fail to see why Ian has done this, what is in it for him?! PRIDE!!!!!
Will the police already be there as they approach the building? Will they get away with the robbery? Will Callum be backed into a corner and reveal what he knows?! Or is something going to go terribly wrong and someone end up getting caught? I for one, pray it's not Phil or Ben, however something tells me it will be! What do you guys think? I know the following episode will probably be nail biting, but I'm really looking forward to watching it and catching up on it tomorrow and reviewing it!
Thank you all so much for reading, I hope you've all enjoyed reading as much as I've enjoyed writing this blog post! I'll be back tomorrow following tonight's exciting episode! Enjoy the rest of your evening folks! xXx
"Us Staying Together Is The Biggest Mistake Of All!"
Thursday 12th November 2020
Hello again everyone! Hope you're doing okay. Okay so even though I'm writing about yesterday's episode (Thursday 12th) - today is Friday 13th! I know it's just superstition, but I hope your day goes well without any issues or unfortunate happenings. I hope today will be lucky for us all! As it's Friday, EastEnders will not be on tonight due to Children In Need, which is why there was two episodes on Tuesday evening. I'm looking forward to getting right into it, so let's not dilly-dally! Let's get started!
The episode begins with Kat waiting by her Dad's taxi, it looks as if this could be the day she and Phil plan that robbery. Phil makes an appearance as he walks out of his household towards her whilst carrying a carrier bag, he makes a slight point that he won't be going into an office whilst wearing what's inside the bag. I'm beginning to wonder what it might be, considering he's doing a job with Kat, who knows! Kat informs him that they will have the whole place to themselves as everyone who works there will be working at home, but she instructs him that she will the uniform she's provided for him. Can I just mention that I am loving the recent scenes between Jessie Wallace and Steve McFadden, it must've been so much fun to film!
At the Minute Mart, (again, another brilliant scene I thought) Shirley and Tina are discussing the things that Gray owns in his house. How he specifically uses almond milk and how he owns a juicer, an ice maker, a rice cooker and all sorts, Tina appears jealous that her sister is living in the lap of luxury, but then Shirley does remind her that he has just lost his wife and he hasn't been in a good place recently. It's then she changes the subject to Mick, admitting that she hasn't been sleeping properly since Katy arrived. She reveals to Mick that since Katy appeared on the Square, she has been in the dog house and it looks like she will be for quite some time, Tina tries to reassure her sister that she was literally just trying to help her son and that he can't stay angry at her forever.
Meanwhile, out on the Square, Denise is taking little Raymond off to church. Little Raymond looks incredibly smart and yet still a bit shy as Jack approaches the young boy. Can anyone else sense that there's still love between Jack and Denise? Something tells me they might rekindle their romance, who knows - it might end up being because of little Raymond that brings them back together? They both visibly flirt with each other as they leave for the church.
In a posh looking building, Kat is waiting for Phil, only when he appears from behind she looks highly amused, and needless to say - I never thought I'd see the day that Phil would wear something with leopard print! Not looking very satisfied, he appears wearing a leopard print piny. But what followed afterwards was even more hilarious, Kat appeared to know someone who worked in the building and was making friendly conversation as Phil was stood not saying a word, Kat informed the man that he was actually named Malcolm and was her cleaning apprentice. I just love the fact that Phil just had to grin and bear it, but just to wind him up that little bit more, Kat informed the bloke that he pretty much a 5 year old stuck in a middle aged man's body. As Kat and man walked on ahead, Kat informed Phil to and clean the men's toilets, now of course, none of us can actually imagine Phil cleaning anything, least of toilets! I really do love these scenes, I hope we'll get more of Kat and Phil in the future.
At the Prince Albert, Tina is confiding in Iqra about her family issues at the moment, explaining that things are going to be completely different this year regarding Christmas if Mick and Shirley don't make up by then. Iqra tries to persuade Tina to get them together and talk things through, but Tina explains that they have already tried, Mick seems to be the one causing the problems at the minute, but whereas Shirley has done nothing but beg for her son's forgiveness, but he's just not having any of it. Tina then mentions that Mick hasn't been the same since he's moved out of the Vic, which then Iqra suggests that maybe it would help if he was given a job back at the pub, perhaps it would make him a bit happier? Tina admits that Mick wouldn't ask, but then it makes perfect sense, why doesn't she ask on his behalf? But then again, will that be something that Mick will be happy about? Who knows? He may feel right back in his element if he was back behind the Queen Vic bar.
Arriving at the church, Denise is visibly nervous as she approaches the doors. Gospel singing can be heard from behind the door, Denise turns to Jack before they enter and suggests that it was a bad idea and they turn back. But it looks to be a little too late as Raymond happily wonders in ahead of them, with a huge smile on his face he heads towards the front of the stage watching the choir singing. Denise and Jack slowly sneak in and sit at the back, taking in everything around them. Denise turns to Jack asking his thoughts, his response made me giggle a bit "Yeah, it's better than the Lord Is My Shepherd!" - with that they both smile and share a laugh, just then Denise turns to the front to see Raymond enjoying every single minute, clapping his hands with a huge smile on his face, Denise smiles seeing her son look so happy.
At the Vic, Tina has approached Ian about giving Mick a shift, at first he seems reluctant to help, explaining that they haven't got enough space on the rota. However, Sharon speaks up and claims that she is in desperate need of some help behind the bar now that her son, Albie is sleeping less. It's then that Ian agrees to give Mick and shift and that he will tell him himself, as Tina begs him not to let on about Tina asking for him.
Returning to Phil and Kat, Phil dressed in his piny and pushing along a mop bucket, walks into a room to find Kat chatting away with the man she was with earlier. Once the man disappears, Phil questions Kat on what he was talking to her about, she explains that they were talking about his Mum and how ill she's getting and that how tomorrow the place would be empty, and she has volunteered to clean again the following evening. Phil then asks her what her plan is for the following evening, it's then Kat reveals about a safe that they keep two floors down and she believes that there must be somewhere between 9/10 grand inside it, she proposes that if Phil helps her then she will split the money 50/50 and they will get £5,000 each! But Phil seems less than impressed of her idea and admits he doesn't want to risk the chance of going to prison for such a small amount of money. Much to Kat's disappointment, she kicks off at Phil for making her feel small and instructs him to finish his shift before they leave the premises.
Back on the Square, Kush approaches his stall and apologises for keeping Shrimpy on it for so long. Martin looks on as his friend makes himself comfortable on his stall, he slowly approaches him and asks whether he's okay. Kush admits that he's had a bad morning, but what happens next is what Martin reveals, he mentions to his friend that he called around and Jean informed him that Kush was still in bed, even though Kush tries to defend himself saying that it's not what he thinks and that he's put all the gambling behind him. But Martin reveals that in fact last night, he was snooping through all the poker and gambling websites trying to find his friend and reveals that it only took half an hour until he spotted his friend online gambling again. Kush once again has been caught out and admits to Martin that he simply can't help himself, he claims that he's trying his absolute best to try and fix the situation that he's caused, but Martin tries his absolute best to get through to his friend that by gambling again to get himself out of the situation is not going to help, as it was the thing that got him there in the first place! How is Kat going to react when she finds out he has once again been gambling behind her back? Especially when he promised her he wouldn't do it again!
Back at the church, the gospel singing comes to an end. Raymond is still clearly enjoying himself, after the pastor makes a speech, he notices Raymond stood right in front of him and acknowledges the little boy, saying how good it was to see him. After her persuades little Raymond to play with some toys, the pastor approaches Denise and begins informing her how nice it was to see Raymond again after they were concerned about how he never turned up again with his Grandmother. He questions who Denise is to young Raymond and she admits to him that she is in actual fact Raymond's birth mother and reveals that the little boy is now living with her. She informs him that she's seeking help regarding his family, as she hasn't been told much about them, the pastor introduces himself and smiles as if he'd be glad to help her out.
Returning to Phil and Kat, Phil is making his way to some kind of parking bay as he's taking some bins out. He seems to notice the handful or flashy cars parked up and dumps the bins to one side as he goes to take a look. As Kat appears, he questions her whether they always park their cars there, to which she admits they do as they must think it's a safe place. Phil laughs and informs her that she was in fact right, there is a job for them there, but she could've been looking at the wrong one. Something now tells me that perhaps Phil might nick one of the cars and attempt to sell it, we know that Phil is known for dodgy car deals, so perhaps this might be the way that he and Kat get a decent amount of money?
Back at the Vic, Mick is looking dapper and happy to be working a shift at the place he once called "Home!". As he makes himself comfortable behind the bar, Shirley and Tina make their way inside. Shirley is surprised to see her son working at the Vic and questions her sister, who simply just smiles and shrugs but Shirley knows instantly that he sister set it up for him. As they approach the bar, Tina, pretending to act suspicious questions her brother as to why he's there. Mick informs them that Ian approached him and asked him to help out. Tina acts very happy for her brother and happens to mention how nice it is for all of them to be back in the Vic again together.
(I know this is quite repetitive, I apologise about that!) Returning to the church, Denise is getting all the information she's seeking about Raymond. She questions whether Raymond knew he was adopted, and the pastor informs her that his parents did tell him when they felt he was at the right age to know. Sorry to be so blunt here, but am I right in thinking that Raymond is only 3 years old? Or is perhaps a little bit older? Only because a child that age I don't think will understand what being adopted means, how could they even begin to understand? Hmm - but I'm not one to judge, who knows, maybe some kids are told in their much younger years that they're adopted, I really don't know?! The pastor can tell that Denise is nervous to inform Raymond about who she really is to him, and Denise admits that she feels that she fears it would be betraying them in a way. The pastor reassures her that Raymond's adoptive parents wouldn't have seen it that way, and they would only want him to be happy and want what's best for him. He assures Denise that Raymond knows exactly who his parents are, but also gives her some food for thought, for him at such a young age, living with a stranger who he has no connection with, is bound to be confusing for him. Perhaps this may give Denise the comfort to tell him the truth about her identity? She asks whether she'll be able to bring young Raymond back to the church more often, just for him to keep that connection to his adoptive family and the pastor is more than happy to oblige.
Ahh so, Kat and Phil have returned from their cleaning job. They're sat in the Mitchell household around the table with Ben. It looks as if they have informed Ben about everything they know about the potential building and plan they have made to rob the place. As the conversation continues, Kat is adamant that it's still her job whether she came up with the plan or not, considering she was the one who found the building in the first place. As they discuss their way of getting inside and the possibility of needing another driver to make their escape. Kat informs them that she wants to make sure either Phil or Ben are inside with her, otherwise the job won't happen. It's understandable, I guess you could she wants to make sure her share of the money is safe. It sounds as if the people involved in this robbery is going to be Phil, Ben, Shirley, Kat and someone else - who is going to be that 5th party? - Who will Kat drag into doing this job with her? Kush? or Stacey? Only what they don't know is while they're discussing their plan, Callum has been listening to everything behind the door. Something tells me that their plan is going to go horribly wrong - is Callum going to use this information and tell DI Thompson that this will be the only way of getting Phil behind bars? Also I do fear that perhaps the 5th person they get involved in the plan will also cause them problems, I don't know why, but something tells me something is going to go wrong. A successful robbery between Phil, Kat, Ben, Shirley and someone else - nah! Something is going to happen!! What do you guys think?! Maybe if Ben finds out that his boyfriend knows, he could persuade him to take part?! You never know?!
Back at the Vic, Tina is adamant she's wanting to celebrate Mick working behind the bar again, back in his comfort zone. As she starts speaking about a memory about her and Mick getting drunk on vodka, she recalls how Katy had to put Mick to bed. But Mick's mood does a complete U-turn as she mentions Katy's name. Tina pleads to her brother to try and make up with Shirley, but as Mick move his arm along the bar he knocks off an expensive bottle of vodka on the floor. Ian comes from behind and (in typical Ian style) has a go at him for breaking an expensive bottle, Ian also lets slip that it was Tina who got Mick the job. Mick once again looks disappointed and leaves the pub, Tina following him as he does so. Once their outside, Tina is begging her brother to tell her what's troubling him. She mentions how she can see he's been struggling the past couple of weeks, she explains how she was trying to cheer him up by asking Ian to give him a shift at the Vic. As the camera zooms closer onto Mick's face, it looks as if he's about to admit something to her, it looks as if he's finally going to tell someone exactly what's been troubling him. But instead he tells her sister to not apologise and acknowledges that she tried to do a nice thing for him, he admits that he's not angry with her and makes up the excuse that it was hard for him to be working at the Vic as it brought back so much memories of what he missed. As he goes to walk away, he calls back to his sister not to worry about him, he reveals he'll go and stay with Lee for a few days to help clear his head. They send each other their love and as Mick walks away Tina looks over to pub to see Ian look back at her with a really smug grin. She softly speaks to herself threating Ian to enjoy it while he can - what does she mean by that?! Is she going to attempt to get the Vic back off Ian?! What do you guys think? We know Tina will be leaving, could this be the start of her exit storyline, could she get herself in so much trouble in an attempt to get the Vic back that she'll need to leave the Square? What are your thoughts of this?!
The final scene of this episode, Kat arrives home, she informs Kush that she now has Phil on her side. Kush is stunned to hear that Phil has listened to her plan. She admits that if her plan is a success, they wont have to worry about money for a long long time. They make themselves comfortable in the kitchen and Kat informs Kush about everything, the fact that Phil knows someone who will be able to give them 100 grand for the cars. The only thing they need for the plan to work is one more driver, Kush then suggests himself for the role, but Kat isn't sure whether Phil would agree, but Kush insists that seeing as he was the one to get them into this mess, he wants to help get them out. Kat admits that it's a big job and there is no room for mistakes, she makes the point that she could go to prison for doing this job, she has her children to think about. It suddenly becomes clear to Kush that she no longer trusts him, but then again - she probably has good reason to, as she makes the fair point that he has been making a lot of mistakes recently. He pushes her to admit that she doesn't trust him and eventually she does, which appears to hurt Kush as he then asks her why are they together? Why are they still a couple if she no longer trusts him? He then states that perhaps them still being together is the biggest mistake of them all and he leaves the room, leaving Kat speechless.
But does he have a point? Her point is also a valid one? Will she agree and let Kush help her out with the job? What do you guys think is going to happen? Will the robbery be a success or will something terrible happen? What do you think Callum will do now he knows the full idea that they're all planning?! I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions as to what's happening in the soap at the minute and all the storylines. Please feel free to drop me a comment or a message and I'll always reply when I can. Thank you for reading, I hope you all have a brilliant weekend! Love you all xXx
