A turn of events. The last chapter left the impression that most of the current chapter would be a debate. The heads of the families were not serious as I thought they would be so it's just like the meeting of the rogue ninjas. However the rogue ninjas are originally from the organization so it's the norm with shinobi. They also had members of squad 6 who are on friendly terms with Yodaka and this may help Yodaka later on. It got serious towards the end of the chapter when Kasasagi life was meant to satisfy upheaval over recent events concerning the Uzen. The ninja are draconic for sure and contradict the care free attitudes that are frequently on display in the manga. Only in the end did the debate aspect begin to show and Yodaka brought it up. The irony, Yodaka being someone that originally contradicted being a ninja since he was incredibly shy and could not multitask.
