Piece I've been working on all day since that one text post I made. Khorne has personally seen each member of his pack into the world, having been present at all of Garmr's whelpings (and that one time Gormr crossed with another God-Beast). The Heavily mutated Karanak was the only one born alive in his litter and here we see the Blood God holding up the newborn Vengeance, giving the three headed pup his name...
