The Doctor being so clueless at the beginning when Clara’s telling him to look at her. Oh, Twelve. 

Danny and Clara, y’all, don’t yell at your student for barging in on you kissing, something that you’re not even supposed to be doing during school hours. No. I’m sorry I can’t stop criticising all the teacher rules they’re breaking.

I love the recurring theme of the word “thing” throughout Twelve and Clara’s relationship. I sort of unconsciously picked up on it and now I say “thing” all the time. 

I like the whole memory wipe thing, it’s a great idea that they end up in a place to do something but they don’t know how or why they’re doing it and that’s what they have to figure out. 

Okay but if you get past the really weird voice, the way that “the Architect” is explaining everything sounds like the way Twelve talks. Like, “a fortress for the super rich.” I can just hear him saying that. 

“Okay okay okay, stop stop stop.” I love how Twelve feels the need to repeat words all the time. 

Do you see some of these people’s outfits on the banking floor??? I mean I know people from other galaxies and planets and everything are supposed to be there, but it looks like the crew just dug out all of the costumes they ever used and picked random ones.

I actually really like the Teller; he looks cool, and he has cool abilities. As Twelve would say in this episode, “Nice.” 

I have a special attachment to the track “Account Closed” because when I plug my phone into my car it automatically plays the first song in alphabetical order in my Music and it’s that track. 

“Basically it’s the eyebrows.” That used to be my text tone.

“Team Not Dead” is the best name. Way to go, Twelve. 

“A thing will probably happen quite soon.” Very reassuring, Doctor. Thanks.

I forgot to say it earlier but I LOVE Clara’s outfit in this one. So classy for robbing a bank in. 

Doctor: “Nobody move. Nobody say a word.” *continues to talk and move*

Awwww Saibra calls him a good man. Yay!

“No. I’m an amnesiac robbing a bank, why would I be okay?”

When Psi says the thing about Clara being really good about the excuses, it’s SO TRUE though. She’s been doing it for the whole season so far.

Every time I watch this episode I wonder what the heck this whole empty floor of the bank is for in the scene where the Teller comes after Clara, the Doctor, and Psi. And it also has a bunch of different colours all over. Like, what?

Psi pulled up all of those criminals so fast, he had to have planned it before the Teller latched onto Clara. He was ready to sacrifice himself for her that whole time.

I KNOW that I know what Karabraxos is listening to in her vault but I can’t quite place it. I want to know.

“Excuse us but we’ve come to rob you.”

I really like the gold microphone things that Karabraxos and her clones use. Can I have one? 

Steve Thompson: how many times can I make Twelve say “shut up” in thirty seconds?

Twelve has so many great witty comebacks in this episode. Too many to go through them all.

I also always thought it was interesting that none of them cared at all about saving the other people in the bank? I know that wasn’t the focus but still.

I love how this is the second time in a row where Clara’s like “no way” when the Doctor wants to take her somewhere and then she goes with him anyway.

Clara: “That thing killed people” Doctor: “Well so might you do to protect everything you loved.” OUCH. Immediately thinking of Twelve in Hell Bent, killing the General to protect Clara.  

Every time when the Doctor says the “so much mental traffic in the universe” line at the end I just start laughing because all I can think of is the blooper.

The end is SO CUTE where they’re all eating Chinese and laughing and the Doctor’s being funny. Why did Team Not Dead never get back together?! They should have had another episode with them.
