𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: The Lima Bean

Lemon was never a shy girl. In fact, she prided herself in being an extreme extrovert. She’d go up and talk to random people at the park or make conversation at the local coffee shop, even. She always felt like she was easy to talk to and she had so many interests that she felt like you couldn’t get bored talking to her so when Kap Lake mentioned meeting up at the Lima Bean while she was at Alexis’ birthday bash at the Lake residence so now a few mere days later she had pulled up to the Lima Bean, getting out of her Camry, and making her way inside being greeted by the smell of pastries and coffee beans. After ordering her usual black coffee, she made her way to an empty seat, arriving earlier than Kap. When she spotted him walking in she waited for him to get his order and then waved the older guy over. “Hey,” she smiled, waiting for him to sit down. “You know, I think a coffee order says a lot about a person,” she said, situating in her seat. “What did you get?”

I feel like this would make a lot more sense if I understood this, man.

Update: I’ve Googled it which was scary enough for me to do so now the score is Wren - 0, Kap - 2

Okay but 1) I would worry for my parents well being if they named me after an alcoholic beverage and 2) Lemon Ade is much more universal! Might not be a seller at the bar, but it’ll definitely turn heads wherever I go.

hm, i dunno. the guy can be a real weirdo, i don’t know if i want to spend anymore time with him than i have to. kidding, of course i’d be down to hang.

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: Wren’s apartment

Wren would never say she was a busy person. She was one of the town bums just making art, working at Sheets-n-Things, and smoking pot. That was basically all she did and she had gotten pretty good at doing it all. She would also brag on herself for being such a good friend. She always tried to be that person that someone could come to, judgement free, but there had been a friend she was lacking in, her best ginger friend — Kap Lake so she took it upon herself to invite him over to her apartment for a little while to catch up and just hang out for a bit. Throwing on her worn out Rumours album, the soft sound of Lindsey Buckingham’s Second Hand News echoing through her apartment. Wren’s apartment was eccentric for sure but it was certainly spotless, a habit she picked up from living under Emma Schuester’s roof for the first eighteen years of her life. As she turned on her oil diffuser, the scent of sage wafting its way throughout the apartment, she heard her door open. Turning around, she waved Kap in, making it a note to let her guests freely come in whenever. “What’s up, bitch?” She greeted, moving over to sit on her couch and motioning for Kap to come over. “So, catch me up to date. What’s been cracking in Kap Lake’s life?”
