S/o is a human experiment with psychic powers
Mori Ougai
đ·âThe suffering and the pain of your past proves to be quite the upheavel once you end up getting caught by the Port Mafia. It isn't hard to track you down as your powers - as rare and new as they are - constantly burst out of you, wrecking your surroundings as a result. Yokohama is protected by the Detective Agency as much as it is by the Port Mafia and it is yet another stroke of bad luck that the Port Mafia is the one who catches you first. What really ends up causing an uproar is the news that you weren't born with a gift but that your powers are a result of painful experiments within a laboratory. That is a matter that is going to force Mori's hand one way or another as the dangerous implications call for interference unless one day someone may create an army with artificial gifts. As such you get to meet him in all of his cruel glory as you are nothing more than the source of information. He is interested in the location, the people involved and the process of how one can gift the ungifted such abilities. He himself is not uninterested as his organisation would profit if he too could grant the one or other loyal follower powers too. You yourself are told to show him the extent of your ability as he wants to measure how strong you are.
đ·âThe attachment comes only after the initial selfish curiosity on how he can strengthen his ranks. Partially it comes from the skittish and quiet nature of yours you have developed as a result of your trauma which makes you quite endearing within his eyes. The other reason for it is the pride every man would have if presented with a rare trophy. You are the first successful person who received her powers through artificial matters and who would Mori be if not the man desiring to owe and show you off for it? You are being hunted down by this organisation and the fact that you are so wanted only makes him want to keep you more. He could offer you the protection you so desperately require unless you want to be made the test subject once more. At times his attempts to coerce you to stay within his organisation remind you of someone trying to lure a frightened animal out with food. Indeed, Mori is spoiling you plenty with dresses and cakes but you know better than to fall for gentle words again. You have gotten to know him in his fully terrifying facade and you know very well what he is capable of. If he feels threatened that you may slip away from him, he is going to be just as ruthless as those scientists were.
Allen Walker
đŽâThere is an immediate bond that Allen feels as he too understands what it feels like to be turned into something different against your will. He too didn't ask for his left arm and eye to be turned into weapons to fight against Akuma yet one can argue against his case as he made a deal with the Earl and brought a dead Mana back. You on the other hand did absolutely nothing wrong. Everything you were put through was done so against your will as you were stripped of your free will and reduced to a test subject for inhumane experiments. You have been running away from your tormentors ever since you managed to escape, your trust in people shot as a result of all the trauma which was inflicted upon you. Allen meets you whilst he is still an Exorcist working for the Black Order and as much as his intentions and the intentions of his friends are pure, unfortunately the Black Order is an organisation which prioritises theit fights against the Akuma and the Noah Family more than the lives they sacrifice as a result. Despite Komui's best attempts, you end up being an object of interest as people immediately start theorising how perhaps they could create a new generation of Exorcists with abilities like yours combined with the power of Innocence.
đŽâAllen's mind may already be prone to slipping as he tries and fails to shield you from being used yet again. He simply doesn't rank high enough to properly protect you and as Nea begins to awaken within him, the Noah only fuels his paranoia. The reason why he may choose to ultimetely abandon the Black Order ends up being a mixture of the way he is changing and a desire to protect you from anyone ever abusing and using you again. When he leaves, Allen takes you with him. He himself isn't sure if he is doing the right thing as he has noticed Nea's peaked curiosity in you too but he also doesn't feel safe to leave you in the care of the Black Order. Now that the two of you end up travelling together, his obsession deepens as you now spend all of your time with him. Most of the time Allen doesn't realise this himself. It is only whenever Nea involves himself and poisons Allen's feelings with his own obsession does Allen put some distance between the two of you as he doesn't want Nea to harm you. However, do not be too startled when you sometimes wake up in the middle of the night only to see Allen staring at you with glowing eyes. To Nea you may just be quite useful yourself.
Kanda Yu
đâYu's only concern at the beginning is whether or not you can properly control your abilities. If you expect any sympathy from him, you should lower your expectations immediately. Instead you may just receive painful PTSD as Yu's cold and uncaring exterior reminds you a lot of the people you were surrounded by back in the lab. There's a reason why you are uncomfortable around him yet Yu doesn't immediately understand that it is because you remind him of your previous abusers. Not until Lenalee and Allen point it out to him at which case he finally ends up paying a bit more attention. In his mind he is only doing his job as it is not his intention to put you through unnecessary emotional distress. Despite his cold-hearted reputation he still dislikes being compared to the same people who treated you and other victims as nothing more than test subjects, especially considering his own past. Being aware of something doesn't mean that he knows how to fix it though hence why you still have a hard time with him even if he very subtly attempts to glare less at you now. You have to understand that he still has a mission which he has to fulfill as orders are orders.
đâMaybe it is his sense of duty which aids in his obsession later on as Yu spends a lot of time with you. Initially it is only for the job. Later on he finds himself enjoying your company, especially once you begin to loosen up around him as you yourself realise that he isn't as cruel as you initially mistook him for. Deep down Yu too breathes a sigh of relief when he notices that you slowly stop being as scared of him, realising for the first time just how much it actually bothered him now that it has stopped. However, even as he notices how things begin to take shape within his heart does he try to push it down as he needs to focus on the task at hand. Part of him may just believe that he can rationalise his way out of his feelings only for his feelings to eventually seep through his exterior and taint his actions. He gets more protective as his words and behavior alike get harsher towards anyone who approaches you without any explicit orders, wasting your time by doing so. He also begins to feel more hostile towards even people in high position, resenting them at last as he realises that they plan to use your powers for their cause. He doesn't have the authority to stop them. However, he can try to assign you as his partner so he can continue to protect you.
Komui Lee
đâA lot of paperwork lands on his desk the moment you are brought him, shaking and afraid of everyone and everything. Whilst he lacks the information to fully figure out what has happened, the reports of your powers and the scars on your body are already enough clues for him to put together the puzzle. The final report can only be submitted once he has gotten the full picture so until then, he has to wait. Despite what others tell him, Komui doesn't pressure you or interrogate you as he prioritises your own well-being for now. Whatever has happened to you has taken a huge toll on you and before he forces you to relive your painful past, you need proper rest and care. If he can make your life even just a bit easier for now, Komui would like to take that chance as he has been forced far too many times to reduce human lives to only their worth as exorcists. He fears he may lose his humanity if he doesn't do something like this every once in a while. As he also immediately realises that you recognise him as a figure of authority and fear him for it, he begins to tune up his silliness to appear less threatening. He has made a fool out of himself already plenty of times so he neither risks to lose respect nor does he care much either.
đâUnfortunately at times he still has to push you a bit too far even as you slowly begin to open up. He hates this part of his job the most but it still has to be done and sometimes he pushes you mentally too far, ending with you having a panic attack as your memories catch up to you. To make up for it, he tries to surround you with good people he knows will treat you well and help you to adjust. His sister and is closest co-workers are such people as he trusts them to help you. Similar to Kanda though, Komui probably ends up trying to put his feelings down in favor of his job. In his case he fears that he would end up being unable to pull through with your treatment as he is already faltering whenever you have to use your abilities or have to recall everything that was done to you. In the worst case you would be transported to another headquarter where your comfort would not be guaranteed and he absolutely cannot let this happen. To compensate for possible neglect due to his obsession, Komui begins to overwork himself. The least he can do to ensure no one criticises his work and to avenge you is to track down this organisation who experimented on you. Maybe this could help you to regain some peace.
Tyki Mikk
đŠâHumanity indeed has gone too far this time. They have no respect for the law of nature nor for their own limits. The Noah family has always seen themselves as the rightful heirs as they have the history and the powers to prove it. Suddenly people who cannot even use Innocence or fight Akuma as exorcists threaten the natural order and by that defy God himself. Not everyone within the Family is kind to you when Tyki initially takes you in as he found you and took pity on you. In fact he may have neglected to introduce you immediately as he was already expecting such a mixed back of reactions from other members of his family. You are no natural creation of God and for that you are an abnormality, bringing up the question if you even have a place in this world as a result. The hypocricy is not lost on Tyki as humanity shuns them very much too for they stray from what they deem to be normal and it only due to the Earl's interference that the argument doesn't get worse. That doesn't mean the Earl is welcoming you just yet but rather he advocates that whatever organisation is creating people like you should be stopped. Too many with powers as yours would upset the established order.
đŠâThe only reason you end up being reluctantly accepted is because Tyki's Noah Joyd has pretty much already chosen you as his mate and lover. Very little can be done when such an imprint has already happened but it is going to take a little while longer before anyone fully accepts you. As a result you prefer spending most of your time with Tyki which feeds his ego but also fuels his guilt. Tyki doesn't want you to feel ashamed of yourself. He doesn't want you to feel like you have to hide from the world out of fear that no one would accept you. His Noah side on the other hand does enjoy the aspect of dependency you have on him as a result and you end up being smothered with honey-sweet praises and affection as a result. For now it shouldn't be too bad to indulge you in your desire to be isolated as you find comfort when you are away from the judging eyes of others due to the powers you still struggle to control yourself. You want to forget about your past and refuse to talk about it which Tyki has to accept for now. However, he is still very much reserving special rights to torment everyone who put you through so much pain in the past. He should be the one ensuring that your past is indeed completely dead.
The Earl of Millenium
đâThe Earl of Millenium has preached the ideals and the world order as his family knows it to be true countless times yet he has to backpaddle on his words the moment he ends up imprinting on you. What a terrible time that is as your existence throws him into a short existencial crisis where his obsession clashes with his sense of duty before he makes his decision. You are not of a natural creation, that much is true. But you shall not be the one expelled for you are the victim. The people who thought they could play the creators by giving you your powers and making you a new specimen on this planet should be the ones eradicated. No one should play God by trying to mimic his creation and ruining the established order. This could have catastrophic consequences for life on this planet after all. The Earl himself is going to be very clear that you will be accepted as his lover and that he is not going to tolerate any criticism. In his human form as Addam he is going to be more prone to explaining himself. He is never going to apologise for loving you but he may feel like he owes the rest of the family a better explanation where he also clarifies how much you mean to him and that he wishes to protect you.
đâWhat you need is a lot of time, patience and care to overcome everything you had to go through. You too wish to one day accept your trauma and return to a semi-normal life. Only that this proves to be difficult with someone who is as overbearing as Adam proves to be. His one desire is to protect you from the cruelty of humanity and to make sure you receive all the love and the care you deserve after what you had to go through. Only that by doing this, he essentially disables you from growing as a person. Already you are isolated and with the past you have endured it seems like Adam is very much against you ever interacting with other people ever again. They all belong to the same kind that tortured you, experimented on you and rejected you even after you managed to escape the facility but still had gained those powers. He believes that the Noah Family will sympathise more with you as they too had to go through a painful transformation before they became who they were meant to be. How could a small-minded human ever understand that experience? They wouldn't know what it feels like. His family and him on the other hand all know what that pain and the confusion must feel like. Only they can.
Alucard
âđ©žâIt is Integra who sends Alucard specifically out to put an end to the illegal experiments after weeks of tracking down this organisation and collecting as much evidence as possible to put those who sponsor it behind bars for life. What happens to those working there directly is not of Integra's concern as she has been ordered to get rid of all and only spare the victims. Everyone within the institution is already doomed to die as Alucard ascends mercilessly upon them, slaughtering all involved. Ultimately he can only track down one victim who is still alive and it is then that he finds his mate chained up in a small room where you were thrown in to recover from the most recent injections which have triggered psychic powers within you. Physically and mentally you are in a delicate position. Your consciousness is already drifting in and out so the last thing you can process is a dark shadow with red eyes descending upon you before you pass out. When you wake up, your mind doesn't feel like it is splitting apart anymore and you learn later on that Alucard used his own powers to stabilise it as good as he could. You still need to practice yourself though because as for now, there is no way to remove what has been given to you.
âđ©žâThere isn't any other option left aside from letting you stay within the mansion. Integra knows without even asking that Alucard is unlikely to separate from you due to the connection he has to you. As there isn't anything urgent that has to be done either, she allows him to lurk close to you like an attached shadow as there is scarcely a moment where the undead isn't hovering right next to you. You need time to adjust to your abilities and need practice so that you don't end up losing control over them and harming yourself in the process. Those psychic powers partially make you skittish around Alucard too as you can sense how intense his feelings for you are. Even without those powers you would have already been intimidated but with them you almost feel suffocated by his presence as you notice everything much more amplified. The fact that he is a vampire doesn't scare you as much though as those scientists who put you through so much pain are much more part of your personal nightmare than he could ever be. You can sense after all that his intentions are not out of malicious or sinister purposes but rather an overwhelming desire to keep you and to protect you. So at least you know that he isn't going to hut you.
The Captain
đșâIt is true that if he wouldn't have sniffed you out, you would have died. However, your initial gratitude after you wake up doesn't last long when you figure out what he is and for whom he works. The Major is quite curious about your powers and would very much like to have a discussion with the very people who biologically engineered you to have those psychic powers and you recognise his purposes immediately. The last thing you want is to be responsible for the creation of undead Nazis with superpowers just like yours. So as a last resort you turn to the Captain to beg him for help as you specifically plead for him to not only murder those who are responsible for your suffering but to also devour them to ensure that they may never be restored and that their hideout may be destroyed so that no one can ever use their serums and injections. You don't know if he is going to follow your command but the werewolf listens as he disappears for a few nights before he returns, leaving nothing behind. In return he demands your loyalty though as you have already been chosen as his mate. You could try to escape by using your powers but he would spend the rest of eternity chasing you down.
đșâAdjusting to a life with a werewolf is difficult. Especially because despite never uttering a single word, he is very intense. It's obvious that he has never been in a position where he had to be gentle due to his nature and his current boss, meaning you get manhandled a lot. It triggers lots of painful memories whenever he yanks you closer to him or whenever his hold on you tightens too much, your mind immediately jumping back to that white and sterile room you spent so much time in. Whenever your heartbeat quickens and the scent of fear stings his nostrils, the Captain flinches initially away. It is not his intention to frighten you as his instincts desire to protect you but it becomes painfully clear that the intensity of his being triggers your trauma. Considering the kind of people he works with though, it is not like he could ask anyone for any advice or help. Usually he prefers keeping you separated from his co-workers completely as he trusts none of them with you. Honestly, he wouldn't even trust good people with you though as he is just that possessive. Getting any profesional help or hoping to be able to heal on your own is going to be very difficult due to Captain being as territorial over you as he is.
Gojo Satoru
đ©”âThe world of sorcerers has always been quite a simple one in terms of how to categorise a person. Sorcerers, Non-sorcerers, Curses. Three simple categories that have been established thousands of years ago. Yet one day Gojo happens to spot you and his eyes see what others cannot see. He's the first person who ends up being alerted to your strange nature yet he doesn't immediately approach you. That would be a bad idea to trigger you in public as he could end up getting civilians involved. Instead initial attempts consist of trailing after you. As your powers do not rely on Cursed Energy though, he ends up understimating you but notices it only when his head suddenly feels like splitting apart, most likely due to you. You do not possess the strength to keep this up though, not before you end up collapsing yourself out of mental exhaustion. When you wake up, you are already in his apartment and unable to use the same trick on him again unless you want to faint once more. At last, a civilised conversation between the two of you. If you wouldn't have been so hostile, the two of you could have just talked about this right away. Why complicate things to such an unnecessary degree?
đ©”âYou are not brought to the higher-ups. Partially because Gojo just wants to spite those people and partially because he himself would like to figure out more about your origins, your powers and this organisation before he informs anyone else about it. He can offer his humble help for now because you need it urgently and he is just that kind. Just kidding, he does have some hidden motivations as he reserves the rights to annoy you constantly without getting pushed away as he is the one who you have to rely on for now. Part of you does feel somewhat at ease though considering that Gojo just treats you like a normal person without appearing to be scared of you. To him you are just limitlessly fascinating though considering that you cannot see Curses yet can still use powers of your own which can harm people. Even he might have to be careful around you as you have already proven you can hurt him. For now you don't need to know about him and his occupation though. You have already enough on your mind. He'll just take care of it quietly from behind the scenes whilst ensuring that the higher-ups don't figure out what exactly you are. He should be allowed to have one good thing for himself after all.
Geto Suguru
đ»âIt's most likely your very existence that complicates Suguru's worldview where every non-sorcerer was just a useless and weak monkey. You cannot see curses. You cannot control the negative emotions leaking out of you which are responsible for the birth of vicious curses. However, you are not weak. You prove that much when you end up throwing him away with nothing but the power of your thoughts even if you end up passing out due to the toll it took on your mind afterwards. Some of his followers insist that he should just kill you off right away and as much as Suguru could let actions be dictated by his anger, he decides against it. The terrible truth is that from that moment on he is scared of you and what it could mean if more people like you would be out there. So instead for now he keeps you locked away, only able to wait for the moment you regain consciousness so that he can interrogate you. The information that there is an entire organisation doing experiments on non-sorcerers to give them powers is perceived as an extremely big threat within his eyes. If non-sorcerers gain powers and turn against sorcerers, his entire kind would be in danger. He knows how much your kind despises his own.
đ»âEveryone within his cult comes to the agreement that this illegal organisation has to be haunted down and extinguished before any more successful experiments like you are will happen. The question is what is going to happen to you now. Many still view you as a threat and someone who shouldn't exist within their worldview as you have no place in it. Suguru on the other hand remains somewhat conflicted about the matter and that precisely because he has taken some pity upon you. Normally the sight of someone as pathetic as you would only elicit disgust out of him. In your case though he feels the same pity one would feel if presented with an abandoned animal who looks like it won't make it. He supposes that keeping one of your kind alive wouldn't be too bad as it makes him feel like some sort of benevolent leader whose interest it is to not let people like you die out completely. However, don't think that you will ever be seen as an equal by his followers nor even by Suguru himself. You should not be ungrateful as he can guarantee you that the sorcerers as well as the non-sorcerers would either hunt you down or continue to use you further for their own cause. No one besides he would even bother to care for you.
