CAN:
show up as someone's shadow -- as a result of being a voidwalker, he can appear as someone's shadow -- especially in a VERY dangerous situation that they need out of. He can grab them and bring them to him as well, which leads to the next bullet point:
essentially, short-range teleportation -- blink, except he learned how to use it as a "portal", of sorts. he has to be nearby for it to work, otherwise he is TOO tired to do anything else, as is a similar case with his sister, sova, and her using chaos reach.

CANNOT:
sit still for more than two seconds -- if you're with him on a fireteam and standing still is a requirement, he will not be doing that. he's always gotta be moving to some capacity, or he gets overwhelmed. unless he's exhausted, then when his head hits the pillow as he gets back home, he's out cold for what seems like forever, usually. longest he's slept is three-ish days, if anyone asks. contest VOG was a BITCH.
