But her use of Spears and her shin guards combined with the chest piece (even if Tarteted) has a striking resembalnce to ancient Greek gut up.

Closely matches that of the Ancient Greek Furies, who sough out any and all oath breakers to slay them and chain them down in Hades, the greek underworld.
