I don't know how canon compliant it is, but I think Shinichi would run especially hot temperature wise after being Conan. If I were to be more indulgent he'd absolutely be steaming in particularly hot weather (or when he gets drunk).
So, whenever it's summer, Kaito immediately knows to blast the AC the moment Shinichi comes home and helps him shed his clothes right at the doorway. Then, because taking a shower is way too much effort, Kaito wipes Shinichi with those cooling wipes.
It's a treat for Kaito too because Shinichi would be all blushy and flushy and making pleased noises.
Not that he can do anything with it, considering Shinichi actually scream if he touches him. (With the exception of Kaito just rubbing his palms all over Shinichi's skin, because by some play of fate, Kaito naturally runs cold.)
