Kagero [Summer Shinobi]

Catching up with Beebo Island's happiest couple, who are now living together. Congratulations are in order, with a duo trip to Hawaii! Kagero's eyes strayed in that picture with the hula dancers but it's okay since the talisman is in the way.

Others residents aren't having so much luck in their relationships. Ishmael is pining hard, embarassingly so. She holes herself up in her room half the time just thinking about her crush.

And as if things weren't hard enough for her already, she had the bright idea to ask Heathcliff to move in with her. He agreed, but how did she have the courage to ask him to be housemates and not ask him to start dating? Rent on this island must be hard to pay.

Well, it might not be for lack of trying. Heathcliff might also be stupid.

Cohabitation was NOT the move to help their relationship progress. Oof.

To mix things up, I added Ryoshu to the island as well. She's not here for love, so she might be able to offer these two fools some sage advice. She's just here to smoke a cigarette and look hot.

Today was a couples-centric day, as Tharja and Libra also arrived on the island and are getting along well! I did yank Tharja out of bed to help Libra in his time of need though, so she might have a bad impression of me after that. She needed her beauty sleep.

I'm really happy to finally add these two, my long-time Fire Emblem ship, to my island. Back in the 3DS Tomodachi Life game, they were always some of the first Miis I added. I just love them so much.

Let's check on the less lovestruck residents of the island as well--

Bella decided she wants to cash in on her early-resident status for some extra favors... Shhhh, Bella, the other residents can't find out, it wouldn't be fair. But yes you may have first pick of every day's Fresh Kingdom haul. And I'll get you your custom pet, just be patient.

Bella's new hobby these days is jogging. I'll often see her running laps around the beachfront, chanting the names of foods she likes as motivation along the way. So so so cute. Good job Bella!!

The restaurant has been a popular spot for island gossip recently. This conversation felt like real hater talk though! Are they jealous? Foxglove just has a lot going on. >:l

Finally, the photography studio has unlocked on Beebo Island as well. So here's a group photo to commemorate all the residents so far! A little island-wide group photo every few days would be a really cute way of watching the growth of the island. I wonder what the upper limit is on villagers in photos. My goal is to get the resident population up to 35.

I didn't make this island with any relationship drama in mind, but I won't be against it if it happens. Ishmael and Heathcliff having such poor communication but still maintaining a one-sided crush is genuinely so funny to me. I think that's the best possible scenario for them, actually.

This entry and the next few are coming in a bit late because IRL got busy for a minute. But Beebo Island stayed busy too. I'll catch up on the rest of the happenings in the next two entries.

Kagero x Reader (Non-Gender Specific)

Kagero doesn't really care much about Halloween.. or holidays in general, for that matter. However, he does care about how excited you get when they grow near and all the fun exciting little activities he gets to do with you as you both wait for the big days... So overall, he'd say they're okay!

Autumn on the other hand, is an entirely different situation, he adores it! He loves it so much that he wishes it'd stay that way for just a little longer, like a month or so.. seasons change so fast... The best parts in his opinion are the crisp smell of falling leaves, all the pretty orange and yellow decorations (The red ones are kind of bland, in his opinion.), and the cute little mascots for the season, like turkeys and silly looking ghosties. Who wouldn't love an adorable, itty bitty turkey plush holding a pumpkin as a gift, hm?

His favorite festive activity.. Hm... well, he does enjoy making fake fallen leaves from construction paper with you, along with stringing up origami ghosts all over the station for everyone to enjoy. (He especially loves the many compliments he gets because of it, saying how 'talented' he is and how 'good of a job' he did.. especially from you.) Maybe even watching / kind of helping (His 'help' is licking the bowls and spoons after you're done with them.) you bake some seasonal goodies, too. He loves how they smell as they rise in the oven and the way some things crumble in his hands (And the taste of the batters.), it satisfies him. You always make sure to make some extra just for him to enjoy and or destroy like a child.

He tries his best to make the season as fun as possible, but he's still a bit stiff when it comes to showing affection and.. hell, really any sort of emotion at all, so sometimes he opts to enlist the help of his fellow Brave Police bots when it comes to ideas and how to really do such things. Usually their ideas feel a bit.. uh... to put it kindly, bland. So he often adds his own small spins to them, such as when Duke offered a picnic date so you two could enjoy the changing scenery, he spiced it up by gathering Halloween decor and making it all cute, yet spooky, and even set up a short trick or treat hunt for you. (The trick or treat scavenger hunt being Drill Boy's idea that he tacked on last second just in case his original decor idea went sideways and didn't please you.) But when he feels these dates aren't engaging enough and are failing to keep you satisfied (Which is never the case.), he eventually just throws in the towel and confides in you about his worries.. you always manage to make him feel secure again after some time of chatting and petting his helm as he lies gently in your lap. Eventually, he just gives in and hangs out with you regularly instead of trying so hard, it's much healthier for him, for sure!
