And because I love MidoKaga/KagaMido very much, another Oneshot lol I also have the feeling that it got more and more crackier at the end lmao Sorry for bad English and enjoooyy~ To handle one tsundere could be exhausting. To fall in love with a tsundere could be even more exhausting. But the most exhausting would be falling in love with a tsundere while being a tsundere oneself, making confessing a pretty bid deal ( even more than it usually was ). This was pretty much the situation between Midorima and Kagami right at this moment. It was literally a miracle ( and friends ) that even got them both to just admit to themselves that they had a thing for the other. Same miracle and friends were also the ones at fault for them being on a date right now. Normally it wasn’t even supposed to be one. Right now they would normally be with their friends and talking in a, literal, colourful mess. The one complaining about the idiocy of the people there, the other complaining about the one complaining. But when the two arrived, they not only found out that apparently ‘there wasn’t enough room in their group table and Midorima and Kagami had to share a table for two’. Nooo. Apparently everyone had to go home or somewhere else suddenly, leaving the two of them on their own. Well, complaining wouldn’t help this situation right now.. But Midorima did it anyway. And that made Kagami complain. Just like that a new argument between those two parties was created. But that was Kagami’s and Midorima’s nature, they didn’t get along, yet fell for each other. The love’s logic, I know. Once they seemed to finish arguing and calling each other insults, they sat there for a long time in silence, doing nothing more than just looking in the menu with red faces (sometimes they would sneak a glance at each other and turn immediately away with even redder cheeks when they saw that the other looked back. “Someone explain tsunderes to me”, Aomine said, looking from their hiding spot at the two. “Shhh, Aominecchi! You’re going to reveal our secret hiding spot talking so loud!”, the blond warned the taller. “Kise-kun, you should probably talk quieter as well” “Hahaha, haven’t seen Shin-chan with such a red face since the pineapple incident” “Aka-chin? Can I sit normal again? Sitting like this hurts my back..” “Atsushi, but if you sit normal, Shintarou and Taiga will spot you immediately” “..Can I at least order those desserts? They look really delicious”, the purple-haired center asked looking at the sweet cake and ice-cream desserts on the menu. “… You may do so”, Akashi allowed the other while looking at the odd couple as well. The rainbow never really disappeared, just relocated itself. And now they are stalking their friends’s ‘may-or-may-not-kind-of-forced’-date. The rather awkward atmosphere around those two ( and the red colour on their face ) did vanish finally after some minutes and now they just sat there eating their food and having a short conversation. Keyword: short. “And.. How are you?”, the redhead asked, looking at the other. “Good and you?” “Yeah, good” And silence again. “They’re acting like teenagers talking to their crush”, Aomine stated. “They are teenagers talking to their crush, Daiki” “..How’s your food?”, Midorima asked, reaching out for his glass of water. “Good and yours?” “Good” Silence. “Oh my god can you believe them Kurokocchi?!” “I can since I see them right now. Also, please refrain from talking this loud in my ear Kise-kun” As the rainbow in company of a hawk wanted to give up on all hopes, a miracle happened.. “So.. did anything new happen to you?”, Kagami aksed, looking at the other. “Not really, except that I’ll have a piano concert this weekend..” “Wow, you play the piano?”, the redhead asked curious resting his chin on his folded hands, looking at the other with interest. “I.. Yes.. I play it..”, Midorima said, a small, nearly unnoticeable, proud smile coming on his lips. “I like the piano. You have to play for me someday”, the shorter joked, but deep down he was serious about this. Midorima was a little shocked. Did Kagami mean that seriously? “..Maybe..”, he answered looking down at his food, slightly embarrassed. “.. But I have to admit, I had no idea that you would enjoy hearing the piano..”, the greenette admitted to the person across him. “Yeah.. I know.. I hear that a lot to be honest..”, Seirin’s ace said with a small chuckle, rubbing his neck awkwardly. “But I really do like it..”, he got a little red. “Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god!” “Kise-chin shut up. I want to listen” “..And.. Do you do something else besides basketball in your spare time..?”, Midorima asked with hidden curiosity. “Oh yeah, I like to surf” “Surf..?”, that was actually surprising the slightly older. “You know.. In the sea..”, Kagami explained. “I-i know that!”, the green miracle told the other feeling a bit embarrassed. “Just making sure”, the redhead joked again, letting out a short chuckle at the shooting guard’s reaction, finding that kind of cute. “If you want, I can take you with me when I’ll go surfing again..”, he then offered. “..I.. can’t surf..”, the greenette admitted looking down on the table. “No problem.. I.. I can teach you.. I-If you want that is..” “That would be.. nice.. of you” Midorima actually liked the thought of going to the beach with Kagami.. alone.. “Kuroko? You heard that?”, Takao asked, quietly laughing, the other shadow. “Yes, I will tell you when they’ll go once I’ll find more out Takao-kun” It was actually really nice sitting like this there with Kagami ( a.k.a the shooter’s secret crush ), Midorima thought. “This.. is quite nice..”, Kagami whispered. “Yes.. It is..”, Shuutoku’s ace looked into the blood red eyes of the shorter, feeling is heart beating faster. “It is..” “Yes..” “KISS ALREA-”, before Kise could destroy their plan, the hands of a dark blue-eyed male where already on the bubbling mouth of the model. “Did you hear something Kagami?” “No.. I think I didn’t..” “Phew, we were lucky..”Takao breathed and continued looking at the two. The evening went quite well and both of the tsunderes enjoyed their date. Yes, they considered this as date, but just secretly for themselves, who knows how the other would react. Both of them also learned knew things about their crush ( good example: both are interested in man, bad example: they both were in love with someone and that made them think that because of it, the other wouldn’t be available for them ) “I wonder.. have you a crush on Takao?”, Kagami asked, feeling jealousy coming up. “Hahahahahahahahahahaha! Did he just hahahaha asked hahaha him that?! Hahahaha!”, Takao asked and laughed, trying to keep it all quiet. “W-what?! N-no! What would make you a-assume that?!”, Midorima asked shocked, with a red face. “Huh? Not him?”, the redhead asked relived. “N-no, he’s just a friend..”, the taller said looking down at his plate of food. “..Huh? Now I’m curious about your crush..”, Kagami said, pretending to be interested to hear what idiot Midorima fell in love with. “W-well.. He’s also playing basketball, but is on a rival team..”, Midorima listed a few things. “..He also has red hair..”, he added quietly, hoping that Kagami didn’t hear him. Basketball, different team and.. red.. hair? Could it really be? Midorima’s crush.. Was he..? “Midorima?”, Kagami asked, with a racing heart. “Is.. is your crush.. Akashi?”, he looked at the other questioning. Akashi’s eyes widen and Aomine couldn’t help, but laugh. “Daiki..” “Alright, alright! I’m quiet! ” … What? “…Did.. You just say Akashi..?”, Midorima asked, not believing what Kagami asked. “N-NO! NOT HIM!”, the greenette snapped, red with embarrassment. “BUT YOU SAID BASKETBALL, DIFFERENT TEAM AND RED HAIR!” “H-HE’S NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH RED HAIR!” “OF COURSE HE’S THE ONL-” Wait a second.. Then it made click. “I.. have red hair..”, Kagami stated the obvious and Midorima then just realized that he spilled out his secret. “Am I.. your.. crush?”, the younger asked looking into Midorima’s green eyes. “Guys! It’s happening! It’s happening!”, Kise squeaked. Midorima felt like dying. He just wanted to disappear right now, but instead he took a deep breath. “..Y-yes.. Y-you.. are.. m-my.. c-crush”, Midorima admitted, blushing as red as Kagami’s hair. “What?! Shin-chan confessed?!” “Aomine-kun you lost the bet. Midorima-kun confessed first” “Dammit” Midorima hid his face behind his hands. ‘Oh god what did I do?’ Kagami across was still not believing what he heard. “You.. have a crush on me..”, the power forward repeated again, before he smiled. “D-don’t make fun of me!”, Midorima felt beyond embarrassed. “If you don’t have feelings for me th-” “..Who says I don’t have any..?”, Kagami asked looking down at his hands playing with the napkin. “Guys! It’s really happening!”, the blond repeated happily and loud. “Y-you have what?”, the shooting guard asked, not believing his ears. “I-i.. have.. feelings for you too, you know..”, the redhead admitted flustered. “FINALLY”, Kise said loud and everyone else soothed him to listen what else would come. After that, the two tsunderes just sat there in silence, neither of them knowing what to say. “And.. now..?”, the power forward asked nervous. “I.. guess we.. will date? I-If you want”, Midorima said with red cheeks. “… Sounds good.. I guess..”, Kagami smiled down at his hands. The rest of the evening they spent just talking and wondering if those squeaking sounds they heard where actually there or not. The blush they both still had did never vanish even after they finished their date ( yes they agreed on counting that as their first date ) and walking together with the feeling of being followed, until they had to break paths. “So.. See you tomorrow I guess?”, Kagami asked looking into the green eyes of his now boyfriend. “Sounds good..”, the taller said looking down at the redhead. Both of them never really were in such a situation and had no idea how to part ways after that, without making it too awkward. They decided to do a short hug, in which both hesitated to initiate at first, but once they were in each other’s arms, neither really wanted to break away. In the end they had to do so, feeling unusual cold without the other around them, saying a quick ‘see you’ as they walked home, with a beating heart that never really wanted calm down..

kagamido do we all agree

Soo I really wanted to write about MidoKaga/KagaMido but never really had an idea so thank ya @skystar720 for helping me lol Once again: Sorry for bad English and have fuun~ Holding hands was nice and easy. Dating a tsundere made this quite difficult. But being a tsundere while dating a tsundere made this a herculean task. Midorima and Kagami were just on their second date as this thought crossed their mind. ‘I want to hold his hand’ The only hold up was just their tsundereness, that even seemed to increase around each other. Both were easily embarrassed when it came to showing affection in public. Even right now in the dark cinema they both didn’t do it and just sat there. “Oh, I ate all my popcorn.. I’m gonna get a new bucket”, Kagami said standing up. “No, wait you can have some of mine”, the greenette offered. “Hm? Really? Thank you”, Seirin’s ace thanked and sat down again. Midorima put the bucket full of popcorn between them. He wouldn’t eat much anyway.. As the movie continued and they ate the sweet corn, their hands would sometimes unintentionally brush against each other, making them pull their hands quickly to themselves and turning their head to look everywhere but the other with red faces. “Hah, this is the sixth time that happened now.. Can’t they just finally get over with it and hold their hands?”, Takao sighed as he spoke with the fellow shadow next to him. “No, because they are tsunderes”, Kuroko just replied bluntly. “But it’s tiring to watch..”, the hawk-eyed teen complained, leaning back against the seat. “I know, Takao-kun” Right now, the two of them were kind of stalking their lights’s date, while sitting in the upper seats behind them. But could you blame them? I mean, who wouldn’t want to know what happens when two tsunderes go on a date with each other? ‘I really want to hold his hand..Take my hand’, was both their thoughts. It was quite Impressive how both of them who were arguing a lot with each other and were pretty differnet could actually think the same. Sometimes they would sneak a glance at the other’s hand, mentally discussing with themselves if they should initiate it, but backing off immediately once the other moved their hand just a bit. “Come on Shin-chan.. Kagami”, The raven-haired said, waiting inpatient for one of them to finally make a move on their date. The whole ‘our hands brushed and now I’m really embarrassed’-thing continued for the next hour. It was tidious to just watching the whole thing. But after more minues and when their hands brushed again, they just let it happen. They got used to it. They didn’t flinch away and calmly got their hands out of the sweets. And after nearly half and hour a miracle happened.. When their hands met again, they just let them be in the nearly empty popcorn bucket right next to each other, slightly touching, while they were as red as Kagami’s hair. “Oh my god! Kuroko do you see that?!”, Takao asked after 20 minutes, not believing his eyes. “Huh?”, the bluenette leaned forward to get a better look of the tsunderes. He couldn’t believe his eyes either. In the seats futher down, it really was happening. Kagami and Midorima hold for the first time their hands while being bright red. The popcorn was already gone so there was no actual reason for them to put their hands back into the bucket, but yet there they were. ‘It’s nice.. very nice..“, they thought as they relaxed, intertwining their fingers carefully, as if they were scared they would break the other male. To their misfortune they had to let go rather quickly again, since it took them literally the whole movie to hold hands and they had to get out now. But as they walked, their hands would brush against each other again, and later they even walked home holding their hands.. “That.. Was a nice evening..”, Midorima said looking down at their intertwined hands. “Yes.. it was..” Now that they know how nice it felt, neither was really willing to let go and stood outside of Kagami’s home for a very long time, just holding hands..
