I want to perpetually look like "holy shit are you okay?" as the default initial question when people see me

I want to give a piercing to someone so bad. have them trust me as I hold them gently, treat them clinically, then make them bleed—but just for a second. I want to hear the soft whimper as the needle enters their flesh. I want to hold their face and watch as their eyebrows knit together, their cheeks flush, their lips part as they process the pain. fuck. I just have to hope you won't see how hard I am afterward
