Hyderabadi shami kabab...!!! . Shami kabab is one of the authentic kabab dish from Hyderabadi cuisine which is made with the mixture of boneless meat and chana dal cooked with other herbs and spices. These delectable patties are shallow fried in oil and they are preferably combined with rice or roti or can be eaten as a side dish with shorba, khatti dal, kaddu ka dalcha etc. .
