Its so great that the Knuckles the Echidna comics are done with. Though I admit they had good concepts (but with terrible direction and execution), every single issue was a borefest of lackluster writing, inconsistent and lazy art, dreadful characters who mostly have little to no personality, and it all just seemed like it was made by a guy as an excuse to create something that includes all his favorite sci-fi, political and dumb-ass themes- OH WAIT

Yeah, Ken Penders cannot write for crap, and considering how much he deviates from what was shown in the games, its no wonder he’s looked down upon nowadays. That, and the fact that its ultimately his fault the comic was rebooted, that all the original characters people grew up with were removed forever, and that he’s writing Sonic fan-fiction that he calls an entirely original concept is just one of many, many things that ensures this former writer cannot move on from 60s sci-fi rip-offs or the Sonic fandom and have future on his own without seeming like an angry fanboy.
