Remember how I mentioned awhile ago that I was working on an animation? Well after far too much blood sweat tears and having to cut off a lot of communication in the last month so I could focus only on this, I got it done!!!
Well, sort of, Check the read more for a more than detailed list of what got cut in an attempt to turn this into the contest on time.

Alright this is everything that got cut:
All the shading, there was no time to add any in whatsoever
The textures on the clothing, you’ll notice on Avery’s Ref she has lines on her clothing, Kona, our resident AI, was supposed to have similar lines on his collar and sleeves, that didn’t end up happening tho
minor detail of no shines in the eyes, while Kona wasn’t supposed to have them, Avery was since she’s in the real world
Those server lights in the computer lab? Yeah those were supposed to blink, more and more of them would blink faster and faster the further Kona’s development got
There were supposed to be more noises in the beginning and not just silence, including light switch clicks, keyboard noises and doors opening and closing
more diversity in Aver’s poses when she was in one spot, I absolutely didn’t have the time for that one so it looks like she’s frozen now and then
That timelapse? If you look closely there are 6 days, there were supposed to be 17 total, the first six being building Kona, the next 4 were teaching him, and the last 7 were building him a body
Dex, the guy who was going to help build the body, got cut entirely due to the timelapse cut, sorry buddy
that entire end sequence got added on haphazardly because I made the decision yesterday to just go fuck it and cut the timelapse there so I came up with that last bit at like 3am
Everything was supposed to have motion blurs to make the timelapse feel a little more authentic
Aaaaand I think that’s it gee wiz that was, pain. Very proud of that dorm lighting though, that was painful to do but if you look closely I even added in a different sky gradient for every hour of the day.
