I sketched this way before I could play Bananza, after only seeing quick screenshots. (Back in September 2025, yea, this art took me a while...)
Once I was pleased with my pose, I checked screenshots again for reference but noticed;

Donkey Kong holds a special place as well 🤗 The original Donkey Kong Country for the Super Nintendo was probably the first video game I played, so last year's Donkey Kong Bananza for Switch was such a welcome surprise (first new sequel in 11 years!) Made this small comic sometime after the game's first reveal trailer last April — featuring a big cameo! 🤭
