Another Spectacular Record Breaking Pick Team Listing, Just Sold! This seller hired us after he hadn’t managed to get his home sold his with another agent… It’s on a stunning lakefront lot, one of smallest homes in the neighborhood, with a professionally decorated interior - but from 10 years ago, including that faux paint that was so in style… eons ago! Well, styles have changed… He was reluctant to even paint, but we managed to convince him to let us do just even a tiny staging tweak - not nearly as much as I would have preferred. It pained me, as although we sold for full list price, and highest price in the neighborhood per square foot, I know we could have got even more if he’d agreed to just paint! Oh well!
