That actually explains quite a lot, now I think about it. I try to take my time to process everything in a logical way (lying just isn't how my mind words at all; I can't bring myself to deal with non-truths - my friend wanted me to lie to someone yesterday and I had to get her to write the text), which results in that typically me behaviour of standing in the middle of a changing situation, looking lost and confused, trying to pick up on factors and put them into a logical system so that I can 'solve' the 'question' of the situation; of what's going on. Except things change too quickly and everyone else is processing in the here and now, focusing on experiencing and socialising rather than analysing or fitting into a system, so I end up looking very spaced out and as though I'm trying completely the wrong approach to achieve completely the wrong thing. Nobody stops to consider that maybe that's what I am most attuned to do; that maybe that's my goal, even if it's no one else's.

I wish I knew someone else who had the same problem, though; who had that same clash with how people are processing a situation. This is kind of why I enjoy being on my own. I don't have to deal with all of this miscommunication and clashing goals. Everything is straightforward, logical, just facts... Much more my thing. I always seem to take such a huge self-confidence hit around people because it makes me feel like a general failure sometimes.
