#junon area

Under Junon is a port town atop which the city of Junon was built. As a result, there is a slab covering the sky. Traces of the old fishing village can still be seen: wooden houses, boats, and maritime decorations. The skeleton of a sea monster hangs in the main square, and an anchor serves as decoration. A large elevator leads to the main city; the gate is closed, and people are protesting in front of it. Since the city overlooks the water, children are playing with a dolphin despite the water being polluted by the underwater reactor.

We can see that the characters live in a community. There are also anti-Shinra banners and rallies.
