Junjei would probably be stunned and shock at the reveal, feeling alot of emotions at once. And when Z was shot with that poisoned rose, they would be one of the first to rush to Zs side and try to lessen the damage.
Dream would probably be like: Okay...I know this is a serious situation, but the masked rider being the lost Angel sounds like something from one of Akila's books. On the other hand, wtf.

Junjei was captured after the cult invasion on Borealis, and was forced to serve the cult while under the influence of the smoke, so they didn't know the Angel was alive, nor about Z. Maybe they might have encountered him in a mission but I don't think either of them would recognize each other with the helmets/masks covering their faces.
If they were saved, I imagine it would be a dramatic reveal (depending if Z still covered his face or not) where Z and Junjei had to fight since Junjei was the General at the time and had to combat any space rider. During the fight, an attack by Z would have caused their mask to crack in half, releasing them from the mask and gaining clarity from the smoke.
And Junjei, who's still trying to regain control from the smoke, would look at Z and smile while saying either of these lines:
(Masked Z) "Thank you for freeing me."
(Unmasked Z) "Huh, I must be in the afterlife if you're here...Your highness."
And then they fall into unconsciousness from exhaustion and relief from being free.
But that's just my vision, not Onyx's. That event is still in my imagination and not canon.
