Not entirely sure what to say but my ranch dog has passed away. June, in true ranch dog fashion, has wondered away to never be seen again. She was 14 years of age. She retired from her job as ranch dog in 2013 when we sold off our cattle. June lived out her final years, fat, sassy, and fearsome to any skunks who would try to invade the homestead. In her old age she went deaf and blind. Her personal interests shifted from nipping the horse's tail to getting some cuddles. I will miss my coworker.
