School wasn’t going terrible. It wasn’t. Bellamy has been doing his best to try and keep up even if he’s never really put this much effort into his studies before. He’s always had Emma’s help, and when he didn’t, he may or may not have taken advantage of his privilege as a jock to copy off of someone smarter’s homework. But he’s putting in time now. Even if it feels like no matter how much time he puts, he doesn’t quite get it. That’s why he had to result to the whole tutoring system thing. While Imogen’s help with Spanish was great, Bellamy was kinda of... in dire need of assistance with everything else? He’ll admit: Emma was a major crutch to him. Because no matter how much she’d tease him, she’d always help him too. But without her here, he was just kind of... stranded. 

That’s where Jules comes in. His assigned ‘tutor’ -- official and everything with the help of the school. He’s supposed to meet her in one of the empty classrooms for a session but he’s still getting a hang of finding rooms he doesn’t have class in so he’s a little over 5 minutes late when he finally tracks the place down. “Sorry,” he says, rushing into the room and copping a seat. He’s quick to unpack his bag and layout the correct work material on the table. “I’m still getting lost around here, and I--” It’s when he finally looks up from organizing his things mid-explanation and sees her that it hits him. Oh. Oh no. 

Emma... will kill him.

“Uhhhhh. This is gonna sound really weird but: I already know you.”

Micah strolled up to the ginger’s locker and rested against the neighboring locker for support with a sigh. “Okay, so the Nun’s been out for about a week now,” he started, stating the obvious. “When are we finally going to see it? Because I’ve been doing my best to avoid the spoilers but the internet’s making it very hard right now.” He asked the other, smiling warmly. It was nice to have friends that were just as in love with horror as he was, even during this very dark time in Norhlake.

“I came over to apologize for momentarily ditching you, but damn. Look at you. You’re really serving up looks with that Roxie Hart costume. Also don’t drink the punch, you look like you’d be a lightweight.” Jackie commented observantly, as she herself drunk a cup of the punch.

While Dax didn’t get much input from Billie on whether or not asking Juliet to the dance was necessarily a good idea was beside the point, he was impulsive, and he knew he wouldn’t be able to get it off his mind until he at least tried. No matter how much she pressed his buttons. Seeing the redhead near her locker, he casually strolled up and leaned his shoulder on one near it. “So... Venus is in retrograde.” Dax spoke nonchalantly as he avoided eye contact. Which wasn’t too difficult considering his height.
