Ahhhhhhhh Jiu Jitsu training is my favorite time of day. And hour and a half for training. 30 mins of drilling then the rest free rolling and then more after class. Training so much really helps. I haven’t been the past two weeks and I feel it. Trying to get back in the groove again. It’s rough getting back into the groove after missing that much but you know what I’m ok with that bc I feel it’s making me work even harder after missing so much.
