So this is the sad sad scenery for me right now. First day of juicing has gone well. Went to the gym for the first time since last year, had plenty of water and this (on the left) is my third juice. On the right, is my boyfriends lovely cheeseburgers, fries, and corn that my mom made. And I have to sit and smell and look at this deliciousness. Ugh.
Day 1 of 25 Complete
Hello all! I started over, but you already know that lol. Today didn't go without fail, but my faults were small. Only had some rolled up deli turkey and Munster cheese. And when I got to work, a few pieces of miniature Halloween candies got the best of me. BUT, that is all. No real food or meals, so with that said, Im still counting today as Day 1 of my 25 Day Juice Fast. I also made a 30 day Workout Schedule that consists of a combination of workouts I've come across on fitness profiles on Instagram. Today's workout was: -6 Crunches, 6 Leg Raises, 10 second Plank, 6 Bench Dips, 6 push ups -50 Squats -20 Second Plank -30 Jumping Jacks, 10 Crunches From now on, I am going to try my best to do this early in the morning before school at 8am. But if not, it'll still get done at some point in my day. I'm going to follow my schedule and get through this. Stay with me. Thanks for reading, Nay
